i love Google Maps and use it all the time. I offline cache the maps to help data usage and it tells me travel. but it does not give me speed cameras and current speed which is annoying.
are there any sat nav apps that offer all of the above?
thanks

For situation of trafic on road you need internet connection.
Also check waze.

Personaly i use navigon, because it is owned by garmin navigation.
But google maps works best for me, UI is nice.
Try this nav which i suggest you and choose your self, i cannot tell what is best for you

yeah I do love Google maps, just wish there was a way to have speed camera sites on it too
Sent from my AOSP 4.3 Xperia S via Tapatalk

Hi all, not all roms have the dlna app installed. To search for nearby devices you need it.
Is the app online somewhere?

Try bubbleupnp, even better if you ask me. And guess what, it's free

Also got the "skifta" app if you want to give that a try.

You should try the Vplayer app.. Its a paid app but works without any problems !!!
iMediaShare is THE best app hands down. You can send photos, music and videos from your phone anyway plus you can play videos from a variety of sources such as YouTube, Engadget, Facebook and many more.
Works perfectly for me EVERY time with my UE55D7000

Nexus 4 users out there, can you post screenshots of your Music Player? I am curious if there's any difference from JB stock player or it is basically the same with Music Player from Google Play? Thanks.

I'm sure some Googlers have it already but it's unlikely they'll post in here

I'm pretty sure it's going to come with Google Play Music. If ever, your current Play Music app will be updated to the new or do a side load.

On an updated only-for-4.2 version maybe?
I highly doubt it. If for some reason Google wants to do that, I'm sure an apk file will pop up. At the very least we will here about it from some type of news source.

I'm I the only person who finds it fugly? I really don't like the blue. Needs to be updated to match the rest of the system.

The looks of it are neutral to me. I don't know whether I like it or not lol
The stock is Google Play Music. No separate music player. You can always download another from Google Play.
This is when you click on mp3 file in system.

I'm using this one for europe and this one for my country. This app is also very good.
You could install the modded Google Maps with navigation and download the map of the area that you're going to be in.

Sygic is the best for navigating offline, hands down.
For online, Waze has been the leader for years (It's like Wikipedia for navigation - users fix wrong roads, report traffic/police/accidents/cameras, etc).
Try mapfactor. Its a free offline navigator.
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda app-developers app
There's also NavFree
Worked ok for me. A bit unintuitive, but it got me to where I wanted to go.
Hello. I want to ask how ro improve gps on sgw and which offline navigation app is the best? Thanks for ansvers
I really like Sygic. I just used it today for a business trip in a foreign country and it works great.
I also use the program FasterGPS from the play store and that has greatly reduced the GPS search time for Sygic.
I hope that helps!
Sent from my GT-I8150 using xda app-developers app
I use Navigon and Sygic but there is no gps signal at all and I can't use these apps correctly. And main question is how I can iprove my GPS signal
FasterGPS allows you to change the country you are in to the correct one - default is usually the USA. This has changed my signal from nothing or a few minutes to a strong signal in 10 seconds.
Sent from my GT-I8150 using xda app-developers app
I change country in Android Tweaker pro app to my location (Lithuania), but it doesn't help anything, but I will try FasterGps app
any suggestion with angry gps...???

Yes, it works. I use a secondary Google account, that is shared between some people I know, so we can all download some apps...
