Hello everyone, please help me if you can, I'm pretty desperate to get my phone working again. There used to be an IMEI restore thread by a user called peoplearmy, I used this thread to back up my phone's IMEI a long time ago, and it just got wiped. I looked for this thread for the instructions on how to use my restore files but I cannot find it, please help me.
For reference the file I have is a .qcn
I asked a mod the same thing a while back and was told that imei changing tools were deemed illegal by xda staff which meant thread deletion.
You may be able to find a copy of the OP on another website.

Before you get flamed too badly, Google "xda root i747" and you will get a number of choices (some on the forums have little patience for those who have not searched and read prior to asking questions). Be sure to read and understand what you are doing.[COLOR="Silver

I use aWallet to store all my passwords. When i flashed a rom, that app was empty inside. I found a lot of encryption when i found the file for aWallet in ES File Manager. Is there any way to get that data back into the app? Thanks.
P.S. I have a back-up on paper, but it would take a while to redo everything.

I have the SGH-i317M and i flashed a rom the Jedi one to be exact now how do i flash my carrier files, i am with Bell.
If by carrier files you mean APN settings, you will need to enter them manually.
See the everything thread in the development section for the APN information, or the specific thread where your ROM originated for more information on the process.
I know you are new, (welcome)....but this topic is well covered, and the search feature will also provide the answers without the need for a repeat thread.

Tried a factory reset, data wipe, and flashing a stock rom and it still shows my username and phone number under about device and status. How can I get this removed(trying to sell phone).

You cannot get someone else's EFS folder as it will have their IMEI number in it.
