yeah bit on a expensive side but if its graphics are awesome and has great gameplay then its worth the price

Nope, don't blame Tegra here, s3 is struggling with same issue, Gameloft haven't seem to have optimized it that well

same here.. laggy (stock rom)
horn & dark meadow are run perfect and they're using same engine

I got dark meadow two days back, it lags very little if there is lag at all. But maybe that's because of the JB rom. Jetpack Joyride lags more than dark meadow on my hox

What sort of game is this?
Is this a big release?

what are you talking about unreal engine has received a premium conversion for tegra
did you not try Dark meadow and more importantly Horn??
no Gameloft are still idiots, the tegra 3 GPU is a little weak on the pixel fill rate, extremely strong on the vertex power
all they had to do is run at a slightly lesser resolution than 720p like Horn

It's a nice game.
I'm on ARHD 9.7.2 stock kernels, it seems to run okay with the Renovate gaming app.
I don't know if it'll ever get any better than it is now unless GL manage to patch it somehow with updates etc...

can i give you a simple hint to everyone?
both the vector unit games and Horn apply the same trick which is to lower the resolution a bit, this is easiest way to optimize games for tegra
madfinger is something else though, completely designed from day one for Tegra, shadowgun and dead trigger are still the best for me

Horn sucks, sorry to be a tool but it really does.
The graphics are ok but the game itself is just boring.
But then again ive always hated games like this.
Such as Oblivion and Assassins creed thats what I compare it to, POOOOP!

so nothing seems to improve this game fps besides gaming boost but not enough to save it
while this fps is acceptable for many types of games it makes this game simply not fun its a god of war clone and speed/feedback is everything
very bad job by gameloft despite being graphically no where near horn, seriously this kind of fps is an instant fail in the world of gaming

this is because of the HTC ondermand governor and the stock values when ever the phone is not being pushed the clocks keep scaling down
a very good example is ripetidge gp, which keeps jumping up and down from very smooth to laggy, ie: in light ares it lags and speeds up in heavy areas
manipulate the governor values to our boost values and ripetide locks to 60fps
this is actually a configuration problem form HTC's CPU governors, its non existent on the Nexus 7

Wild blood is running smooth with franco new kernel.. But I still not passing the dragon chapter.. =_=

AndroidLow.plist (blurry textures, no real-time reflections only shadows from bridges, car has blob shadow) > Nexus 7 default
AndroidMid.plist (normal textures, no real-time reflections only shadows from bridges, car has real-time shadow)
AndroidHigh.plist (normal textures, real-time reflections of environment and bridges, car has real-time shadow) > Galaxy S3 default
AndroidXtraHigh.plist (detailed textures, real-time reflections of environment and bridges, car has real-time shadow)
How to change the config:
Just check what config file your device is currently using - or guess it - and rename it to "__Android..." to have a backup if the method isn't working for you. Then select the choosen config file, copy it and rename it to the name you changed above.

Or you can just put the one I've uploaded which is the XtraHigh res one.
All you have to do is extract the file and place the .depot folder into your data.

The game is not very beatifull, RR2 was better on my ZTE Blade (armv6 phone ^^)

Thoughts about the game so far:
No lags, everything is smooth on Nexus 4.
It's annoying trying to overtake 8 or so cars in front of you, when you have no space to maneuver and end up crashing into them.
You have to wait for your maintenance & upgrades to be delivered!
I'm really bad when it comes to realistic driving. Anyone with pointers? I just turned off all traction, steering and braking assist because I felt it was really limiting the way to play the game.

I tried it on my N10 but.. Eh. It's a freemium game and it's from EA.. I don't want to invest time just to get to get that "pay up or play for 10000hrs to earn it for free instead" point.. I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate freemium games.. Also, the game just felt... Sterile.. Kinda boring actually.

then copied and used my saved file from my iPad to my nexus and now enjoying my progress

To bad it only supports facebook login bummer. Can only play as guest otherwise. Seems like a fun game though. A bit choppy framerate wise when lots of cars are on screen.

Yes! This is really irritating me. Not only can I not play with friends, but it reminds me constantly by only referring to me as "guest".....
Why should we have to use another 3rd part service? I want to play RR3, not use Facebook.
Very strange that they don't support origin at the very least, it's an EA service and is used in NFS:MW, which is also firemonkey......
What I really think is it must have something to do with cross platform play and GameCentre integration. I guess ios users are used to being locked down.......

OK, I swapped my sd once and tried to play N.O.V.A. 2. It's good but since I use my phone not for gaming, so I uninstall it, but I have a backup, just in case.

Real racing 3, N.O.V.A 2, and nfsmw works fine,
and all emulator works good too, because this is a middle class GPU (andreno 205) we should play a heavy game maybe

Nfs no limits is a bad game first of all itzznot even in english and the gameplay lacks smooth controls graphics are also bad Acc. To me asphalt 8 is theultimate racing game on android which runslije butter inour device
Till now every gameplayed by me in my deviceruns like butter

yup ur right buddy
but i i played asphalt8 and with high gfx it lags a bit not smooth.........................i didnt tray new ver.

virtua tennis is also smooth love it
