Go to About device, keep clicking on android version. A screen will pop up with a jelly bean on it. Long press on it, and it will pop up.

They call it an easter egg. You can do it with ICS & GB too.

I have a trick for getting this if you can't get it.... Once in jellybeans lock screen and open 5 times should show up as it jumbles up the beans....

4G drop with tethering with stock app

I have clean rom and when tethering with the stock app sometimes the connection dies off till you turn it off and back on. Any fixes for this?
