Even after going into S voice setting and changing the transition it still lags, so my question is, is that normal? Either way, is there a way to reduce that lag even further?
Never had any lag. Not normal.

Probably depending on other apps running in the background?
Go into your "development" settings and set your animation toggles to "off"...
That may help a bit....g

Fastest, most responsive phone I have ever used. The only lag I experience regularly, is when I open the widget menu in the app drawer. It takes a few seconds to load and freezes if I swipe before it's done. Stupidly frustrating when the rest of the machine is so goddamn smooth!

Also, if it is background programs, they can use the setting in"development" to limit the number of background tasks to 3 or 4 and it should help.

You turned vibration on in sound settings or in SMS settings?
What ROM are you using? Or are you stock?

Not sure if this is the same issue, but I replaced the TouchWiz messaging app with the stock AOSP app. I don't get notifications or a vibration for messages while I'm still in the messaging app. Even with the screen off. I have to make sure to exit out to the home screen before locking my phone. It's been driving me crazy.

Is there a way I can rollback to the previous xda update ? On my sgs3 this app starts to take up plenty of cpu and ram to the point it lags when scrolling and eventually force closes. Almost 3-4 times daily when browsing. I am not trying to ask for warez , although I am on the free version.

Thanks but what I was asking was the previous version of xda. It seemed to use less CPU and would not lag as much. I'll be browisjng one forum for a while before it starts to lag , slow down , then just freezes and force closes.

I just used my Multi-View to scan my CVS card and then I selected Google Wallet. This was the most efficient way to pay for my items.

Hey all. I've been having Pandora crash on me pretty frequently and the songs will change randomly. I am running the latest version of Pandora. ROM is darthstalkers v6. I don't seem to have a problem on my nexus 7. Has this happened to anyone else? Any fixes? I've cleared app data and all that good stuff.
Sent from my SGH-M919 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I haven't used Pandora for a while now, ever since they updated it's been pretty ****ty. I'm currently using Slacker & have zero issues. Might want to give it a go.

Well speak of the devil, They updated last night. Maybe they fixed it. Ill give it a go.
Using Stock Rooted MDL, and Goldeneye MGA, no problems with Pandora what-so-ever.
Well it seems the update has helped it. I didn't have many problems that one day of use.

No album artwork for me but the app works well otherwise. It based off an ancient version of pandora though. Not decided whether it is good or bad.

You know, I didn't do a "hard reset" when I fist turned on my new Note 3 from T-Mobile. I wonder if doing so will eliminate these little annoyances:
1. sms unread count shows unread messages, but all are read.
2. talking browser when starting, even though talkback is turned off.
3. not being able to see the phone# when someone calls us using wifi calling.
4. can't browse the internet while talking on the phone.
5. browser freezing when starting.
I have the sms issue, browser freezing and restarting my phone, and wifi caller id issue.
