If you're running an AOSP rom it needs to be formatted to FAT32
Im using twrp recovery and I have a 64gb micro sd card. Original format.
Whenever I make recoveries, it will never save to externsd... only internal...
Anyway of fixing this?

By default, 64 Gig card is formatted in exFAT which is not currently supported. I had the same issue earlier.
Connect your card via Card reader to a computer and format it as FAT32. It should work. Search for "fat32format.exe". This should easily format the 64G card without any issues.

Re: MicroSD --> internial memory?
You have to make a second partition on your sd card.
You can do this with cwm or twrp recovery or using mini tool partition wizard on your pc. When creating second partition all data on sd card will be lost

Hi All,
I did a lookup on the forums regarding issues with an SDXC card however no results were found regarding the SentinelROM.
I purchased a 64 GB Mobile Ultra microSDXC card Class 10 SanDisk, when I'm going to the storage options and try to link my SD card it tells me it's not being recognized. It then gives me the option to format the sd card, tried that without result.
Will this sd card work for this ROM or should I start looking for a new one?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thans,
Jeroen
Post this in the sentinal rom's section the dev may help

Get a modified vold.fstab, they will swap the memory so the SD card you have is usable
