[Q]tegra 3

Hi
All games in Markt will work in tegra 3 processor?
What games did not?and why?

The most gameloft-games won't work at the moment cause they've not been optimized yet (i think gameloft just has to unlock them for the devices since they also don't work on the one s). This will be fixed in the next few days/weeks

A few games?

I personally tested BackStab, N.O.V.A 2 and Modern Combat 3 which are made by gameloft. At the moment you can download the app, but when the app wants to download the whole game it says that your device is not supported (yet)

Getting tired of seeing "this app isn't compatible with your device."

If I search demolition inc or dark meadow directly on my phone on the play store, the game will not show up. If I click on the game on the web store, it'll open up the game and say "this app is not compatible with your device."
The games are both tegra 3 games, yet I can't use them on my tegra 3 device. What in the hell?

Actually I just managed to install dark meadow from the play store via my pc, thanks for the tip lol.

Got annoyed when i couldn't install it from the phone but it works through the pc

There was a small problem when the game whas submitted, should work now through phone and pc. The dev told me this on twitter:thumbup:
I have to agree most apps & games still aren't optimised/compatible for our powerfull device wich is a big bummer

Not sure if related but some of the apps in the store were down for a while and you couldn't find them and couldn't install them even though they were compatible, but it seems the Admins at Google Play fixed the problem now.

some of these apps are not sold in all countries. I keep getting that on so many, it's a pain in the arse. market enabler should help there though, i suppose..

Guys u Wanna be the first with this powerfull device.
We`ll just have to wait for them to catch up to us...xD

Demolition Inc is still not supported for one x. Read the description on Google play.

Ok install Real Racing 2, Modern Combat 3 or an other Gameloft game and let us know if it works.. with a screenshot

these were the games in question, these work by downloading the apks...
other games are not in the ops interest, and are not in mine.

I downloaded Dark Meadow direct to phone from the play store using my mobile network lol

Anyone who received the device can please comment on Asphalt 8 performance in medium or low settings?
Am sure device can't handle the high setting

well it plays asphalt 8 at high settings just fine.
it got good ram management.

Redmi Note 8 Gyro Stuttering

I've got a Redmi Note 8 (Global version) and its gyroscope is so buggy. Before this, I had a Redmi Note 7 and it had a perfect gyro performance and could run almost all AR games and apps.
But on Redmi Note 8, lots of AR games and apps are not running and those which run on the phone are buggy and stutter all the time when I move the phone. Also, VR Players stutter on any 360 and VR videos when I move the phone.
I've also calibrated gyro and accelerator from FQC Test but that did not help.
I could not install Google play services for AR from google play too, because it says the app is not compatible with my phone.
Does anyone have the same problem with the gyroscope on Redmi Note 8?

I had this problem before so here we go
Go to setting->about phone--> all specs--> press on kernel version seven times --> it will open another page -> search about gyroscope open it and place your phone on a table thin press calibration
And I hope it works for you .. and sorry if my English is bad

Thanks for your reply but as I said in my post I've calibrated gyro and accelerator from FQC Test on an even table, but that did not help.
Gyro stutters when moving the phone around.
Is it possible to be a hardware issue?

If anyone is using gyro on Redmi Note 8 without any problem, please say that what app or game you are using. I want to test on my phone.

which app or game u are facing problem, i will try that in my phone

These are all app/games which I've installed and no one works properly.
Lots of games/ apps need to have ARCore installed (Google play services for AR) but google play store says "Your Device is not compatible with this version" and I can't install it.
These are some of Games/Apps which use ARCore:
AR toys
AR PLAN 3D
PAINT DRAW AR
These Games/Apps do not need ARCore so they can run but the models are not stable at all, they are so shaky and vibrate all the time and if you move the phone, they lose their place.
On Redmi Note 7. models were stable and I could move around models and watch them from every angle!

ARCore is still not supported by RN8, like RN7 it will probably take some time for it to be supported.
