I have this SMS Counter widget but I can't find the corresponding app of it. I can initiate the app setting by tapping the widget and there is no fc.
My questions are:
1) If it's actually working, how do I enable this SMS Counter in Settings.apk? I've seen some screenshots with SMS Counter in the Settings.
2) If it's not working and I want to uninstall this widget how should I do it? As I can't find this widget/app in Settings>Apps>All.
Sorry if this is not the proper place to ask these questions.
Can u give to me ur setting.apk n sms counter.apk to me?i will edit for u...

That's the problem, the widget is there but I don't know where is the apk for it.
Now I've flashed to the new 6.2.B.1.96 firmware the sms counter widget is gone.
Thanks anyway, and I suppose this thread should be closed.
Ok...so close this thread

Hi.
I got an Xperia Arc after hawing an Xperia X10 Mini Pro a while..And on my x10MP I am running Froyocomb (based on Cm6) and this one has a werry nice widget list.
Like this.
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
and what I am wondering is if anyone can make the same widgetlist on the Arc?I HATE having 4 og more widgets from the same app in the list..makes the list totally messy.
Hope anyone can help.
AppWidgetPicker is the one you need I think. It's on other thread, get it from there.
EDIT: ok here's the link

I believe it requires "root" as the APK needed to be in /system/app folder and appropriate permissions are to be set.
Thanks..That made my widgetlist look SO mutch better.
Once again Xda gives fast and great help.
as the title, how to do so? is it just simply move the app into system/app?
Lets share....

Try using whatsapp plus.. It's better than the original one, and helps you customize, fonts, color, themes all by yourself... Its the best, there are some predefined themes also, u cud try them also...
