HTC EVO.
Where is a rom for the Evo that is the same as sprint's? I want to do the free tethering/roam off of Verizon and I dont think you can do that with factory roam.
I did a search and there are a lot of 2.2/3.29.651.5 custom roms but they don't have most of the Factory stuff.......

Gave him some links to read up so he could know the basics about nandroids, backups, flashing zip, recovery...
Gets his Evo so I go to root his phone and he is like a deer stuck in headlights lol

On his side I will also say that good looking ahead, just not so far ahead.........lol
I had downloaded all the root stuff and couple roms about 3 days before I got my Evo
but weeks or month??? everything changes daily around here so thats little too ahead! lol

Hey joey i just got the case today and its awesome but something happened with it. The clips on it were folded in when i got it and thinking i could fix it i bent it to were its suppose to be and it broke its the very top two and also the two on the left dont clip on like the others do but the are still intact.

I tried both links on my box. worked.
I downloaded AND installed the x3 one.
it opened but closed right when the game was about to start. probably because I'm on ICS.

Huh...well, maybe then. The one on the OTA server from a couple weeks ago does not have any radios in it.

That leaked screenshot is incomplete. It says nothing about going from K to Q, it just lists hardware, radio, and software combinations - note the many appearances of "or". There is text above that was clipped from the photo. My hopeful speculation is the missing piece is JRO03(VZW variant) that will update the listed HW/radio/SW combos.

im going to go back to stock 4.0.4 and flash the update. i'll update with my results
EDIT: Nevermind, im not going to be checking it out. I forgot if i go back to stock it'll wipe my SD Card and i have a lot of stuff on there that'll take a long time to put back. Can anyone on stock 4.0.4 try this?
