Does anyone have MMS problems? At times I have trouble receiving and sending.
I use ChompSMS and I turn off my Wi-Fi everytime I have to send something out but it sometimes doesn't send at all..
Try going into the APN settings and do a rest to default APN (even if the APN is correct).
I had a hard time sending receiving MMS when I first got the phone, after the reset it work fine.
IF that don't work call T-mobile

hey guys
I am having issues sending mms on att. its not going through at all and its telling me "message format corrupt" but its just a regular jpeg file. does anyone have the correct att mms settings? I thought it automatically configured it once I put in my sim card.
I am also having issues with sms. i would say about 50% of the time it wont go through on the first try and it will have to retry again. its really annoying and I have full reception.
any help would be appreciated.
edit: i forgot to add, I can rececive mms but not send.
Did you add your providers APN info, you have the A8381 World phone,
so you have to manual add AT&T APN and if that does not work call att and ask for there apn info you will need the following
Internet
WAP
MMS
look at these Youtube Video

the apn were already set. It set them up automatically after I put in the sim card.
the internet and receiving mms works but not sending.
also im getting annoyed at the sms sending failure, it keeps on having to retry to send.
do you have a MMS setup in your Desire, that is weird my HTC i had to add the APN
yeah it set up the att apn for internet and mms called "media net".
a lot of phones have automatic set up of att, its a pretty big and popular network.
Hey all,
I have had CM installed for a while now on my Australian E975K (currently on 10.1.2).
I have never been able to send or receive MMS, and it's really starting to bug me.
I believe that my APNs are 100% correct, confirmed by my network provider (Vaya, who use Optus APNs). I have two, an internet one, and an MMS one. The blue radio button next to the internet one is highlighted.
I can take screenshots of the settings if needed, but as I said I have triple checked that they are correct.
When I try and send an MMS (through the default Messaging app), it hands on "Sending". The network status indicator will flash, and if I go to Status in System settings, I can see that it is switching constantly between "LTE" and "Unknown". It will stay like this until I Delete the MMS I am attempting to send, and reboot the phone.
MMS worked fine on stock.
Any ideas?

I've been searching for a solution to this for some time. There does not seem to be a fix as such, but there is a work around.

As far as I can tell the reason is that ASOP roms do not have an option for WAP 2.0 (which is what Optus use) only IPv4 & IPv6.
Essentially you remove "mms" from the "type" in the MMS APN. Then you can actually select the MMS APN. Now you need to manually swap APNs whenever you want to use DATA or MMS. Annoying, but it works for me anyway...
I have verizon LG3 . i have issues with text message and mms.. Text message stuck in sending. Some times its send right away. And sometimes still sending for like 30 minutes. Hi Ayad,
Did you checked your SMS Message center on the phone settings, also MMS APN (Access Point Name) in the internet settings
Cheers

What i should check on the stting? I did not change it. Also the apn the same. Its how its came from verizon. And mms i can send and resived. My issue the message take long time to send. Sometimes up to 1 hour still showing sending and in that time i dont get messages too.
After getting the new push mms apn settings everything works and I'm getting lte but i can't send our receive mms.
I had the same issue when I got my new sim card. I still had to add the apn. Google Cricket mms apn and click the the main link to crickets support
My MMS would work sporadically. I tried changing the APNs to use actual IP address numbers rather than the "names". Nothing worked. Finally, I noticed that sometime my browser would not work when my MMS did not work even though I was connected with LTE data. On a hunch, I changed my mobile data to use "GSM.WCDMA" as the preferred network mode (rather than the LTE auto one). This seems to have cleared up the MMS issues for my phone. Hope this helps some one...
Is there in issue going on? I reset the network settings.
I can send an MMS over wifi with no issue, but when someone sends me an MMS I have to turn my data on to receive it.
Anybody know what the deal is?
On xfinity mobile if that matters.
