Going from iOS to android is an amazing chsnge. Everything is better. Especially the Google apps. Unfortunately there's one problem with the YouTube app. Where's the deticated subscription only videos tab. Only a channel feed which is just filled with videos my subscriptions liked commented etc. Am I missing something or what but I can't find the subscription only view mode.
Youtube app version: latest 4.0.23

The CNN app for android tablet is not compatible with the N7. I found an apk in the Viewsonic G Tablet thread but I'm not sure what version it is and that info doesn't seem available in the app either. Here's the original thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=13048857&postcount=9
Does anyone have a current version to share?
Thanks!

Want this bad!! its crazy- cnn for phone isn't compatible either, what are they thinking I mean the nexus 7 is the most popular android tablet (with market) and they have no support for it.
also the economist app has the same issue.
I had emailed them about this months ago and this is the response I finally got:
"Greetings,
Thanks for contacting CNN! We appreciate you taking the time to send in your suggestion for the CNN app. I will put this suggestion into our mobile development team for consideration.
Regards,
Dave

It has never been made available for the N7. LOL
That email was sent on September 11th.

I don't mean to sound overly critical but... why not just use RSS? Ever since Google Reader, I no longer understand why anybody would prefer to manually open each website to check for news, when Reader does that for you...

This is actually a far better idea: I tried side-loading the CNN app off of my Galaxy SIII and it looks terrible. You're better off reading the articles on the Web through Chrome or through an RSS reader such as Paper.

There is a cnn money tablet version that does feature news(can configure what news you get. Albeit it's a bit more focused to the financial side but delves into other news topics.

I was able to send myself the CNN apk with myappsharer (free in the play store) and install it on the N7 that way. Works fine.

Hello sir, making people sign up to get an app (even for testing purposes) is against our rules

Sorry about that, I should make myself a bit clearer:
The form is just a way for you to give me your email address anonymously, so that I can send you a copy of the app. It's not really a "sign up" form, but more of a way for me to contact you. You can also PM me if that works better. Mods, feel free to remove the link if you still think it's against the rules.
I'd really like to test this on my nexus 7 as well my Galaxy S3

Can I get the source code and test it with the InstaReloader tool for compatibility?
Is this is available in the market yet or is it still in beta testing?

Hehehe, this is really one great app i found, i dont know of any of you ever used ios, but one of the best apps for apple is movie box. It does need a jailbreak, which is why the android version, which does not need root is so cool. The android version is called showbox.
It is like a free netflix, or hulu, only you dont need an account and monthly payments, hundreds, if not thousands, of tv show episodes and movies, very user friendly ui, clean and simple, there are both streaming and downloading options, in different quality and language either english or russian.
If youre interested, just download the apk from this link:
https://copy.com/PCLAQpAHQLOzKJ0G
Enjoy!
EDIT:
they recently added subtitles support, just install the apk and update when asked.
Lol.. Already got
