Not as bad as I thought it would be, really thin and great fit. It bendable and inside is lines with plastic. I would still rather stick with a tpu case for more protection.

I just bought an optimus G the other day and I'm looking for some good cases and I noticed that Seidio has a few cases out that are perfect for what I want and my wife wants one with a belt clip. Problem is there for the nexus 4. I was wondering if anyone had tried to put a nexus 4 case on the optimus G? And if it worked or if it would work.. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you...

The official LG bumper case is pretty sweet. But to answer ur ques, no the N4 has a different shape to the LGOG. It will not fit.

Switched from the body glove tactic to the OEM case. Definitely lighter and thinner. However, also less protected. The tactic case had some problems with button response. OEM buttons are excellent.

Currently there are no name brand case with belt clip for this phone. But there are some generic cases available with belt clip for around $10 on eBay/Amazon.
Actually, south korea has tons of cases for this phone. It will fit too, cuz its the same dimensions.

Can't believe how nifty this case is. It has a hard back , flip cover and wake lock !! Yet it doesn't add much bulk, just how I like it. The ports are nice and easy to access. The case hugs the device nicely and its sleek looking. Unlike those leather crap around the bezel .
Overall I was planning to get a premium case but for this price I might just skip the premium case. Unless its reasonably priced.

Yes! It's magnetic . The magnet also snap into the wake lock magnet as you fold in a stand as well so it doesn't unfold itself. Kinda smart...

Looks nice, I ordered the same one as well as the Poetic slimline.
When did you order yours? I was under the impression that they weren't being shipped until the 16th.
Now it says the 20th for shipping.

Oddly enough my portenzo hasn't arrived and said it was supposed to be done by the 9th. This thing really needs a case cause I'm so paranoid with it right now.

If you were worried you could always apply some clear packing tape over the metal part. That stuff sticks like...packing tape!
How sturdy is it when in stand form (both high and low). It it really stable?

I can confirm it's sturdy enough because the magnets keep the cover in place so it doesn't unfold itself. It also folds both ways meaning you can have the inside of the cover showing or the black side showing.

From the nexus 10 review the moko is generally better build quality than poetic... Plus covering the side and bottom just makes it more difficult to use them... Disclaimer I have the moko for nexus 10... Its great for the price

I got mine for the same price but in red, doesn't ship until the 15th..
I haven't had any luck finding a case yet in the mall and the cases at the store were ugly. I hate shopping amazon bc the pics never show the real quality and protection. Just curious as to what people are using as far as brands thus far. I love the feel but I need to protect this $708 investment!

Diztronic high gloss clear TPU, probably the same one as rick. Works great.
I am using Tech21 smoke/grey one. Though it was my only choice, it fits just right and buttons aren't that hard to press. (Hint: press home button to wake the phone)

Make sure to update us when you get it. I'm really thinking about that case, but $25 seems steep.
Hate buying these thin devices and bulking them up. Had a similar snap on polycarbonate on my last phone.

I went cheap and got this one in clear

I don't have the nexus 5 version, but on my nexus 4 I had the ionic guardian, which was decent basic rugged protection - silicone with hard shell, no port covers, no built in screen protector. $10 and it fit well.
