Help! Recover SMS after reflashing? - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

I need help recovering an sms text messages for work. My job is disproving something that was agreed last week before I loaded a new rom to my phone. I didn't have any backup apps running. i've tried dr fone, and a bunch of other apps with no luck at this point.
Is there anyway to recover my text message which was wiped after a loading a new rom to my phone??
Help please!

If you wiped data, or factory reset, then im afraid youre probably out of luck.

You know what, I install DeskSMS the other day and uninstalled it today. I bet it has something to do with that app. But being uninstalled why would this remain? I didnt have them with the app, or even after the app and I have been send texts all day.

I just started a thread about this a bit before you did. Remove this one and merge it with mine and maybe we can get some answers.

Go to settings/storage is it really full? If it's a playstore error go to settings/accounts and delete your Google one then readd it.

Yes. I've had that error and deleting my Google account and readding it fixed it.
I've run into the same thing. It seems like on the S3 you're not able to eat into that remaining 500MB or so of storage. Likely the reason for this is because it wants to make sure that existing apps have enough room available for app data.

Never mind. To copy apps you need access to the system folder which means you would need to root.

you could odin a custom recovery image, boot into recovery and create a nad of your phone and then dropbox it for safe keeping. Flash the original recovery - i think i saw it in the development threat - and check the flash counter to see if you tripped it... if you did then you'll have to follow the instructions in the dev thread on how to reset everything to stock, it'll take a bit of the search function and some reading but should be releatively easy.

Reflash with a clean wipe
Yes I wipe cache and I did a factory reset also but I haven't added anything other the ROM I flashed
Sent from my GT-N7105 using xda app-developers app
Do a full wipe again, cach, dalvik, factory reset, and maybe fix permissions. You should try to give a little more info in your posts. Like which rom you flashed. Also from what ive experienced some times after a fresh install best to wait 5 minutes for everything to settle before doing any setup.
My bad the ROM I flashed is the carbontolte rom

notification bug?

I'm wondering if any body is experiencing a notification issue/bug like me. I never receive the push notifications like I'm supposed to. I've noticed this happening with instagram, snap chat, twitter, and Facebook so far.
My brother, who has the same phone, receives notifications from instagram immediately. We're on the same wifi too.
I have no idea what's interfering with my notifications.
Can someone please help?
I've even tried flashing a custom rom and kernel. I think it's one of the things I've restored from titanium backup.
Should I try wiping data? Will it mess with my roms, or just all of the data I have on it (like apps and accounts)?
Sent from my SGH-M919 using xda app-developers app
i am looking for a solution for this as well.
i could narrow the issue down to titanium backup.
wiping the data of the app (via settings not titanium) is enough to get the notifications back. but restoring the data again with tb leads to some weird inconsistent effects.

I sometimes get all of the notifications at one random time, and then it just stops.
I've tried uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it. Nothing seems to work for me

Try reseting app preferences,
Settings/ application manager/choose all /hit menu/reset app preferences.
After you apply titanium backup update... everything is haywire. Usually that fixes alot.. normally youll receive a notif in from RED from titanium backup saying phone reboot recommended.
Just a idea to try

Kinda like clearing cache and resets them to original state, cleares bugs out.
Trust me it does good over harm, its a common practice .
It helps out when apps and market act funky.
