[APP] Music Searcher apk [Screen Shots]

Hello XDA. I take no credit for this app. All I did was pull it from Jamisons bad ass ROM that I've been running.
This is the link that I uploaded to Google drive.
I've tried it on my brothers phone and my girlfriends phone and can confirm it works.
Installation Instructions:
1. Click link.
2. Click download.
3. Make sure you have unknown sources checked.
4. Find the apk.
5. Click install.
6. Enjoy.

I can post screenshots here in a little. But its just a great music downloader app. It has top music charts you can download off of. makes looking for music really easy

great app. only flaw i see is that it force closes when you try to use the apps internal music player, but doesn't bother me.

Haven't seen it posted so time for it to go up Great app to use while driving especially the music player. Note that the weather information might take some time to show up.(it was working for me on both tw and aokp)

Drive Link S3 Mini GT-I8190N
I am so keen to get Drive Link working on my XAV701-BT with my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini GT-I8190N
I have tried over and over again and downloaded the .apk, installed it and when I try and open it it tries and the says unfortunately Drive Link has stopped.
Is there anyway to get this to work on my phone, pleeeease?

I can verify this works on the Nexus 4. I really like the new layout. Pretty intuitive.

I don't really like the green text on grey bg. Also, it's a shame there's no front page if an user's country only has apps enabled (at least I don't have it).
It seems the option to disable AdMob is no longer there.

Works fine on a stock N4. Unfortunately, still only Apps here on South America...

I hate that there I'd now not a home page for me since I'm not in the US. I liked the home page I had on the previous. Also hating the green. I will be looking out for a themed version.

Google Play Music

I use Google play music with the streaming option. Whenever I install a new ROM the music I have downloaded no longer appears on my device to play. Anyone else know a work around besides deleting the music off then re downloading it all?

Have you tried reinstalling the app? I don't use it, but I have spent the last few minutes Googling the question and it does not appear to be a common issue.
I will try it out when I get home, since I have been wanting to kill Rhapsody for a LONG time, but the song selection is massive...

It's because the device isn't authorized. Log in to Google music from your computer. Hit the little cog wheel in the upper right corner. Go to devices and delete ALL of the devices. Then wipe data on your Google music app. Then open it. Authorize it by selecting your email address when it first boots. Profit

Had the same problem for the few days I was on Google Voice, which drove me nuts. When I switched back to a ROM that had SVVM, I had to kill the device from my Google account.

Problem solved! Sorry about that guys...just didn't want any weirdos on there. Good to go now!

This is not related to your problem but it is related to Google Music. If you wish to play Google Music on a 3rd party music player then try GMusicFS. once downloaded just log onto your account & sync. GMusicFS

YouTube for Android now supports 1440p video streaming

I tried it. Looks great and played smooth on Wi-Fi and LTE with no buffering.

Open You Tube and search 1440p, find a 1440p video and when the video starts, click settings and you should see a 1440 option under 1080. If not then you need the latest version of You Tube and can be downloaded from here.

Don't think I've gotten this update yet. Anyone have a link?

Just Google version 5.9.0.10.

All I see are 1080p options so far.
I have version 5.7.41 so I guess it's not the latest but nothing yet at the play store.

The latest updated is ver 5.9.0.10 If you don't have it, there's a link above to download the latest if you can't wait for play store.

As far as I've seen, not every video can be played at 1440p. Only ones that were uploaded with the option.
*just like not all videos being able to play back 1080p. Same deal.

I agree. Although the link of the transformers is uploaded with 1440p. One way to find out if his shows the same.

Exactly . if he can't play the transformer video at 1440 , then something is wrong

Can't wait till more videos are in 1440! Didn't know i could do this until now thanks op!

I'm assuming the phone must support 1440p in order to watch videos in 1440p? The YouTube app on my Note 3 only goes up to 1080.

Maybe something is wrong with my device or YouTube app but I have the latest update of YouTube and I can't play any videos more than 720p quality. I don't get the option for 1080p or 1440p on videos that should allow it. Anyone else came across this issue

Never mind ... I just uninstalled the updates clear cache and data .. Reinstalled and boom !! 1080p and 1440p works !!
