Internet Calling support? - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

So I was browsing through the call settingsof the official 4.1.2 update of the phone and I found this:
Does this mean that at&t will start to support internet calling, or that they just put it in there?

You can first go and search within the general or q&a section. There are about 1467356 threads of it that explains what you can do. I think even in the s2 section I posted a guide on how to get it to work with the new unlimited plan...

It's sure good that you keep the order in these forums. Things could get so messed up.
If it is at all possible, would you put a link to the thread item you move? It sometimes is ever so difficult trying to find an item in the Q&A that pertains to the thread you are trying to follow...
Thanks
Get a ROM like paranoid or codename android. They have it unblocked

Turning off everything except WiFi??

OK, so I'm going on a trip to the UK and Sprint told me my phone won't have any service while I'm there. So I downloaded an app to use for texting via WiFi while I'm there.
Is there a way to turn off the cell network while keeping the wifi on so it doesn't keep looking for towers while I'm there??

Older Phones had Airplane Mode turn off WiFi and any other radio, on the SIII, this is not the case.

can someone recommended a good rom with unrestricted tethering

Essentially they are all the same.
Everyone will swear up and down as to their rom works. Frankly, I have check them all out they all work lol...so matter of the additional flows you get out of the rom plus the tether.

Wifi calling in aosp

It's been awhile since I've had a t-mobile phone, but is it still the practice that aosp roms will never support wifi calling? Just wanted to get a status update on that. Thanks!
