[TUTORIAL] Center Your Lockscreens [AOKP Example]

Note: Don't let the fact that you're opening up a command prompt or editing .xml files scare you. It's quite simple! In fact, if you follow what I do step-by-step: this will work for AOKP Build 5 without any changes.
Other ROMs will have different layouts. But they will always (that I've seen) be localized in four to six files that reference to a "keyguard."
The edits should be fairly obvious. Look at where the brackets start and end: along with what they're calling.
I encourage you all to post your .zips here since I'm no longer doing this.
Please rename them so users can easily find one for their build and device.

Is this also working on landscape lockscreen and could U please post screenshot for portrait and landscape mode.
I'm asking because i've still issues with landscape mode..looks really bad.

I had to mod the framework manually just recently. Didnt follow this tutorial but its good. Also commented on the video gave it thumbs up .

not working on android 4.2.1, says this version ain't aivalible to tablets.
so i guess something in the rom makes it think i have a tablet?

unfortunately it doesn't work, it says:" An existing oackage by the same name with conflicting signature is already installed." its the first time i downloaded and tried to use it..

uninstal original WA first, it's in conflict with that version.. because of a different signature you can't overwrite the original.

Hi Guys,
I will be going on vacation today. Before leaving though I thought I will share something with you.
I have a big collection of WP8 lockscreen wallpapers around 400 of them.
I thought you all should also enjoy them.
All wallpapers are in 768x1280 resolution, so they would look good if you use them using the portrait option if your are flaunting CM derivatives and No Scroll if using modded TW. For all others ENJOY!!
I more thing...I have packaged the first 58 in a zip file and uploaded but for the others I don't have the time or patience.
Instead I have written a batch file using which you can download any number of them as you like.

You are a little bit out of luck as my linux PC is at home and I am at work. So, can't write a bash script right now.
However, if you want, download this file then open your terminal

LG V10 psd [Theme mockup] January 3 2015

I was looking at the "post your screen setup" thread and saw that no one had used any apps like screener or perfect screenshot or a psd to show off their setup. Since our phone is a very sexy phone it deserves to have something to show it off so I went ahead and made us one! It's my first go at making these psd, insert screenshot here setups so it's not perfect but it works just fine. Unlike most psd's you will find I have kept all layers unlocked and fully editable so you can do whatever you want with it. Feel free to use this for your rom or theme op's or whatever you want. I really don't care if you mention me in your op's but it's always nice to get a shout out! Just don't claim that you made it or distribute it on a third party site for profit! That's just shady. So I guess that's about all I have to say!
You'll need to 7zip extract it because uncompressed it's around 160 mb!

I actually used screener in my original post of that thread but the images were alot smaller so i just use the original home screen pics. But thank you for this. Great work.

@rei20 I'm unable to reproduce the buy that you're reported.

I'm on the latest firefox beta for android.
It's possible in between one of those steps I pressed on a link by mistake and used the back button to return to the edit screen.

I'm using FF v91.0.2 with a lot of privacy related add-ons. It might certainly be that there was just whatever wrong user input. I think it doesn't matter; this happens to all of us. We're just humans, aren't we. You were the very first who reported this "bug".
Please advise if you want me to close your thread, and afterwards I also close this one - but not sooner than tomorrow as my usual logoff/bedtime is approaching or tonight more precisely football worldchampionship qualifiers and my team is going to play.
