Hi, (Sorry for my English)
I installed Rom, but after a few seconds the device stuck!
If it is plugged (Electricity or PC) is working fine.
I did a restore from: ( CWM Nandroid Backup / CID HTC__405 / 3.20.401.3)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=41743027
My system is HTC ONE X (HTC_001)
About:
Android version: 4.1.1.
HTC Sense Version: 4+
software namber: 3.20.401.3
HTC SDK: 4.63
But in me to command: fastboot getvar version-main
3.18.401.1
Please Help
I really panic
Does anyone have an idea?
in fastboot it shows the real base number because that is the one from the official ota from htc the other software number is just from flashed rom......you should always restore backup for your cid not another...that could be one problem...
Thanks
Where there HTC_001 3.18.401.1 nandroid backup?
Or something for my phone?

nope but all should work fine...try a custom rom again with custom kernel ...normally all should fine...if not try to ask HTC or so
first do full wipe including delvik cache and system
install a custom rom(sense rom)
flash boot.img
and reboot
rom name is android revolution hd 22.0
here is the link

Hi All,
I have an HTC one X (as the title suggest ) and I am currently using viperX 3.3.5 which in IMO is a pretty good rom. Unfortunately I have to flash back the stock rom (no nandroid backup, bad accident happened and I lost it )...
The thing is that in order to get the correct ruu using the command fastboot get main-version I get the number 3.14.161.27 (which does not have any official ruu release yet as far as I know) but when entering the about menu of the rom, it says: software number: viperX 3.3.5 and build number 3.14.401.31 CL128187 release-keys.
the build number that I see means that I could flash the 3.14.401.31 ruu (which actually exist)? Or should I try to find a nandroid backup for the .27??
Just in case, my CID is VODAP304.
Thanks a lot.
Search a nandroid backup here
Or search the ruu, here

yeah but which one?? 3.14.401.31 or 3.14.161.27?? I would expect both version to match, but since is not the case I wouldn't know the correct one...
I Think 3.14.161.27, because fastboot command said this

Screwed up rooting my phone and I've been trying to get it back to stock but I haven't been able to find the right RUU. I've gone through http://androidfiles.org/ruu/?dir=Endeavor and tons of other forums but I haven't had any luck. Here's the info for my phone:
cid: HTC_622
HBOOT 1.36
Radio: 5.1204.162.29
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yeah that one is still missing in action ! You can go here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1975140
And download the matching nandroid backup. Flash the boot.img from it, make a full wipe in the recovery and restore the nandroid
thanks for all your help but I'm unable to transfer stuff to my phone. It won't boot into mass storage mode even from recovery
EDIT: HBOOT link isn't working

just checked my link works fine....why doesn't mass storage work, do you get an error ?
flash this one if you havent got this version
https://www.dropbox.com/s/guvfqd7tp8acxg6/recovery 5.8.4.0.img
then navigate to mounts & storage - mounst as usb device (last option in the list)
sorry for the big time noob question but where do you find the boot.img how do you flash the boot.img

so mass storage works ?
you have to unpack the nandroid backup to the right folder on the sdcard (its in the OP of the link i sent you) then unfold the folders and check in the files of the nandroid backup. the boot.img is in there
Yeah i just put on TWRP instead of CWM. What are the commands to flash boot.img?
Well it depends on the nandroid backup if you need twrp or cwm !
Of the nandroid backup contains a boot.img file you need cwm, if it has a boot.emmc.won file you need twrp recovery !
Fasboot flash boot boot.img
or
Fastboot flash boot boot.emmc.win
Thanks for all of your help I ended up just throwing on Android Revolution HD and sticking with TWRP recovery. I guess CWM doesn't like my phone for some reason.
Ow oke !

RADIO- 4A.23.3263.28
Main OD Version was: 4.20.708.10 (Before flashing custom rom, NOW NO version number)

I cant turn on the phone so that i can try other custom rom. Its Rooted, Unlocked and I have CWM installed. Now all i can do is go to fastboot option.

There is no JB 3.20.x.x RUU for now, only some of 3.14.x.x JB but because of S-ON you can not flash lower that phone have, (and i assume that you did not make your own backup before flashing custom rom because if you did you only need to make restore from custom recovery and flash corresponding boot.img from backup) so your only solution is to use nandroid backup for your CID pick nandroid 3.20.401.3 but if there is no matching try nearest lower number!
Pay attention to use nandroid backup for CWM or TWRP - i do not know which custom recovery you have, and how to use nandroid backup - look at mine signature link

Ah you are lucky then, 3.14.401.31 is your main version, not 3.20.401.X and you can revert to stock with RUU or nandroid.
1. RUU http://bugsylawson.com/files/file/1...-r-radio-5120416229-release-302015-signedexe/
2. And for nandroid backup same that i told you before just download 3.14.401.31 versions not 3.20.401.X
For RUU - you need to relock bootloader before executing from windows, and this will also delete custom recovery!
I have same problem.. more or less.. but my versio-main is 3.14.401.600 ... can I put 3.14.401.31 ???

As far as i know at this moment you can not reverse to stock..no RUU or nandroid for this cid or main-version.. Only solution for you is that somebody with same Cid and main version rom gives you nandroid backup that is made with custom recovery.. I do not get it, why people dont make backups -this is main thing in all how to root, use custom roms or flash guides! Sorry and good luck!
second hand phone.. with already unlocked bootloader(1.28) and custom ROM (arhd 12.0) on it.... I always do a Nandroid Back up of my phones....
I flashed CyanogenMod version 10.1.2 endeavoru. After using for awhile I decided I wanted to go back to the stock rom with the idea of being able to OTA if an update is released.
Unfortunately I didn't have the backup to go back to, when I tried the correct RUU it gives an error message 140 stating, basically the bootloader version is newer on the phone, so I tried to use a stock Nandroid from the collection that was uploaded by BugsyLawson and this seems to restore but then when the phone loads up the hard buttons seem to work but the touch screen isn't responsive, any help would be appreciated or even a point in the right direction, as I can't find anything from searching.

Fastboot getvar version-main
That number will tell you the exact number of nandroid backup you need !
You probably restored an older ics nandroid backup while you have the updated touchpanel drivers. So that's probably why touch doesn't work.
So get the main version and check for that nandroid. Flash the boot.img from the backup, make a full wipe and restore the nandroid.

ı have already red this before.
no 4.18.401.2 htc M__27 bac up included.
Do this :
Download any 3.20.401 nandroid backup. Restore it and flash back the 3.20 stock recovery after that. Then reboot the phone and do all OTA updates via the settings-software update menu. After that you can relock the bootloader if you wish. The official ota will make the cid correct again.

I've figured out the problem! (Y)
1. Installed Twrp Recovery
2.Mounted SD Card
3.Placed Cyanogen 9 ICS ROM in SDcard
4.Installed Cyanogen from recovey
Now how I can update my Hboot version from 1.12 to 1.29 or above? As I'm not able to find Jellybean RUU for my CID (Bstar301 SPAIN).
