How to connect to LG PC Suite?

I downloaded LG PC Suite and tried to do a back up but it says I have to put my phone in PC Suite mode. I have looked everywhere and cannot find a way to do this. I have all drivers installed and the PC Suite recognizes my phone but it won't allow me to sync or do a back up without being in PC Suite mode?
The reason I am doing this is to update my phone to 10M using that complete guide process someone else posted in the General Thread.

I think I downloaded the wrong PC Suite. I'm trying again...

When i connect my LG D855 to my PC, some sorts of error occurs. That is my LG PC suite cannot search my device via USB. But when i connected with wifi connection, it works. I hv already installed the driver software in my PC. What should i do to solve this?

Can't connect G3 with snappea through USB

Hi, I use to connect my old note 2 with pc through usb cable and using the snappea of pc version .....after getting the G3 D-855 I install lattest version of snappea in both pc and G3 , lattest version of LG pc suite for drivers...ok....I enable the usb debugging....but no connection bettwen phone and snappea.
But there is connection bettwen pc and G3 .
I am also check the usb connection mode (charging or other modes )but no benefits....[emoji17]

Have you installed all the drivers for the G3 on your PC? Try installing LG PC Suite first and then plugging in your phone. It'll install the drivers, then use Snappea.

[Q] Can't connect G3 to PC Suite

Hi, I'm trying to update my G3 with lg pc suite, but when I click on LG PC Suite update phone, it ask me to select on my phone "LG pc suite" in usb settings connection...but in my G3 there isn't this options! There are only charge, MTP and PTP.
How can update my phone with pc suite?

Windows 10 cant detect my lg g3

So i just bought a new laptop and when i try to connect my g3 to the laptop it only says charging in my notification bar and nothing pops up on my windows. I even already installed lg driver but still cannot detect.
It works fine when i try to connect my g3 ti my old laptop running windows 7.
How to solve this?
