I don't think you can port another OS.
Its like asking to port MeeGo... You can't do it. Yes, they are based on Linux but have you seen MeeGo being ported to any phone?
(Technically SailfishOS is based on MeeGo but either way!)
So, my guess will be a no. CMIIW though.

Is possible that noone ported from any other Snap800 device (like nexus 5 or the same xiaomi mi3) the MIUI rom for our Z1c?
It would be great to have that awesome OS!
I agree.
Hello @aKiLL3r,
And yes, It's possible to port it but I don't have access to a PC with a Linux distro right now so I'm unable to do so.
Maybe you can suggest @OmarEinea to port it?
miui 4.8.15
miui 4.8.15 for the Z1C here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=54913122&postcount=117

When it comes to our grand it doesn't need any hardware specifications mostly. Developers will work on Lollipop if Source is appropriate.
When official PA ROM, CM, and other AOSP gets Android L in generic version - Our devs will start working around.
PATIENCE is important.
FYI: Google confirms November 3 as "Android Lollipop Day" so at first Nexus 9 will get the official OTA update of Lollipop. Soon other devices might get.
We need a little bit of patience

Hello everyone,
I would like to know if any developer is willing to port sailfishOS and Ubuntu Touch to Whyred. It would be awesome if we had these OS options among all Android roms we already have.
Obs. For those who are not aware about, Ubuntu touch is still on development by a open source community called Ubports.
waiting for sailfish os
I was wondering if it was possible to treblize sailfish os and/or ubuntu touch. It would've been wonderful.
Nothing is impossible, but bringing ubuntu or any other OSs which aren't android based is going to be pain, don't get me wrong, it might not, im not sure, but Linux isn't Android (Except the Kernel)

I like your attitude. I think porting Linux to a treble device wouldn't be too hard just because Linux is very flexible, but I wouldn't know how to go about it. I'd like to do something similar to the op, only I want forward port Nougat to a treble device. A blast from the past kind of deal.

As far as i know these os'es are based on halium which is based on android 5.1 and 7.1 . It will be only possible if they upgrade their android version

Yes that is right.
I was about to ask the same question....the linux Arm64 images are available already (for Arch & Debian at least) so if we got these to become GSI that would be awesome and will give us way more freedom
