Both seem to work hand in hand on [email protected] v13 for me.

I use both happily on stock ROM. However, some customisation Xposed modules don't work.

Yes bro i am on stock MG1 deodexed rom. And both working together. Some battery and status bar related xposed modules will not work if you install simplistic framework.
Take a backup of nandroid for safety. Unlike xposed framework, SF revert is not possible.
SF is not working on MG1 odexed stock rom. It gives bootloop so confirm before flashing.

[Q] When will we be able to add any app to multiwindow using apk and no custom rom?

I've recently noticed some rom(i think jedi) allows you to add any app to multiwindow. However, is there any way to do that without flashing a rom and just being rooted? Some sort of apk? I really hope someone takes on that challenge and creates something for us stock but rooted users
If it is possible, please let me know!!
So far the closest you can get to that is by flashing teshxx's stock deodexed ROM and then flashing cmenard's mod. So no, right now there's nothing if you don't want to flash another ROM

Why not just use a pre deodexed rom ? Most custom roms are. If you want stock rom try the one by i9000. It is deodexed and zip aligned and has busy box as well plus it can be directly flashed with odin.

Lastly should i flash the odexed or the deodexed file or both sorry I am new to root and flashing

If you are using stock ROM then you have to use odexed version. Also I find simplistic framework only as good as the simplistic control app that is also required, which you have to purchase to get most of the features.

Stock LGHome Launcher in custom rom

If it is possible, how would I be able to make the stock launcher work with a custom rom? I've tried extracting the launcher and installing it on a custom rom...but it always FC. Is there something I am not doing right? Or is the stock launcher something that can't be added into a rom other than stock?
I've tried installing it on Slimbean and beanstalk.
"break me off a piece of that KITKAT bar"
Here in the general section is a deodexed version of the stock rom. Just ask them and they will share it.

How to Install SM-N9005 custom KitKat ROM on T-mobile/Canadian Note 3!

With Android 4.3, we were able to install a patch and compulsion kernel to get SM-N9005 TouchWiz custom ROMs running fully.
Well, with Android 4.4.2 KitKat, the patch does not work but I tweaked it a bit to make it work.
I tested this on BobCat ROM but should work with all TouchWiz Android 4.4.2 KitKat roms.
Step 1. Install SM-N9005 custom ROM and boot.
Step 2. Install patch and Compulsion kernel:
patch:
http://downloadandroidrom.com/file/GalaxyNote3/fix/WifiFixN900TV2.zip
download latest KitKat Compulsion kernel here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2480353
Should also work with Saber kernel:

Just wanted to share this great news!!! yey.

Yes, that actually works out of the box, you don't need to do anything. Just install Tmo rom on n9005 should work fine.
Can someone please point me in the direction to flashing a custom recovery on tmobile note 3 please I've looked I don't know of I'm overlooking it

the only kernel you can use with an international rom would be compulsion ultimate. Thas why you get bootloops. as far as nfc it should work fine.

Yeah I used compulsion 12 and it never got passed the boot screen. I tried the stock t-mobile ne6 kernel and it booted up but nfc didn't work. So I flashed the kk nfc fix and it worked but WiFi kept disconnecting.
