Edit: I guess since it is marcs kernel, bluetooth, data are may be kernel related issues.
And Gsm(data too) , camera, camcoder are rom related issue. I will try this rom with tytungs 2.6 kernel tonight and find out.
Did you make any changed in marcs kernel to make it compatible to 4.3 or un-edited?
Coz I tried compiling slimrom4.3 to boot with marcs 3.0 kernel and tytung 2.6 I had EGL related failure.
Does this use the kernel from your GIT?

My hypothesis for the camera not working is a line from a dmesg i got

there are some bugs sure, and one of them is su.
mobile network works after setting it manually
also with 3.0.82 kernel(as well as 3.0.16) experienced sleeps of death. phone never woke up without removing and reentering battery.
flashed tytung's kernel, but camera app disappeared (maybe partition problems).
a few enhancements and should be daily driver. thanks!

The camera app has been replaced with "focal" app, default camera app made by CyanogenMod for cm10.2
Can´t install.. Tmous with clk 1.5 and don´t boot...
System 450 and cache 5.

As of right now its NAND only with around 320mb partition size

Squashing introduces some overhead... 80mb is fine, you can move apps to SD.
This is just cotulla's build with the fixes mentioned.
Don't ask me if it has X or Y.

Great idea projection, because DFT rom was the most stable of NAND roms we seen so far. Free memory is more than 100 mb, what is great, but it would be even better if you removed Gmail, Facebook and YouTube 'cose those are outdated versions and needs to update, so more than 10 mb will be lost! More reports later...

Installation Instructions
1. Download latest ROM from goo.im/devs/sportsstar89/leo/cm10.1/
2. Download lates gapps from goo.im/gapps
3. If coming from different ROM fulll wipe in recovery
4. Flash Latest ROM from sdcard
5. Flash latest gapps from sdcard
6. Reboot and wait for it to settle then reboot again.

Thanks for the continue effort on the HD2, it will be hard to switch to another device.
Since this is in Alpha i think it will be best to make this ROM support NativeSD installs until it become stable for daily use.

Ok, boots very slow.
Did you enabled ADB on boot ?
Motorola Defy had the same slow boot with adb enabled.
SIM works. Data partial. It shows 3G icon but no connection.

All the device specific blobs have been updated to TMo 4.1.1 versions. The biggest improvement has been in updating the "common" blobs to the XXDLK7 4.1.2 versions. With the kernel updates paired with the 4.1.2 blobs the UI is much smoother. Scrolling jitters should be completely squashed and 3D performance is finally where it should be. Unfortunately, the low call audio bug is still there for calls that you receive. That's on the list to be fixed but the UI jitters and poor 3D performance were really bugging me and took priority.

One thing that bugs me is the delay in switching to the front camera... Try it I'm sure you'll see.
This weekend I'll try and pull in the s-pen gesture support into my build source. As well as work on some kernel updates.

Gps test lock only 11 ( normal i got 19 to 21 same spot ),.Bluetooth keep disconnect after few call. Overall awesome job , will test on daily drive .Thanks

I haven't done any RAMDisk optimization. I'm using Shiz's RAMDisk. So it's recommended to repack. Most the optimization is system level.

Im using this ROM desensed with So.Ho Launcher for now, on XM kernel 188v4 (not repacked). Seems to work fine! Will let you know in a couple of days how the battery is treating me

MiniCM is based on the Cyanogenmod Project and Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod and MiniCM does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

how install on your device?
1)do a backup into recovery
2)wipe everything
3)flash minicm10xxxx (xxx is the date of the latest build)
4)flash gapps(optional)
5)reboot and enjoy

I've tried the rom and i'm facing some problems, the video recorder crash at 1:30-2:00 minutes of recording, the sensors still don't work as panorama :/

damn panorama is strange everytime...for sensors i hope to fix in soon. I do a patch.

Nothing Great problem it is. you replaced kernel with cm 10 stable 2 but forgot the modules so just change wireless.ko module with it and wifi again started
ok thank you. In next version i will fix it. So flash kernel on 1st page(3.0.x) and wifi bug should be fixed

It wouldn't be better if you compile cm10 by your own with updated sources? It would improve optimization and maybe will be easier to fix bugs, that's what i think
My laptop is a netbook and don't work good with ubuntu but good news 11-1-2013 i will have a new laptop. When i have it i will work only with cyanogenmod10.2. For now i work on this rom . Please test the patch
