i used KDZ Updater >.<!
It's just my phone doesn't have signal .
is there any way i can fix this i'm searching right now too please help me if you know one
or how can i revert back and the best method to have e975 .

You can find it on the forum.
You must root the Phone and install the baseband for the LG F180L.

trying it right now, i just need to revert back to stock rom e975 maybe i tried flashing Avatar rom and it seems that it is not that good
no usb debugging and no playstore.
will just update this thread if flashing the baseband works thanks

Hi everyone,
I just registered but have been reading some of the stuff on here for a while.
Anyway, I have a Korean LG Optimus 4G LTE (Nitro HD) and just updated to ICS 4.0.4. I'd like to root it so I can clean it up a little and maybe modify some stuff, but the guides online don't refer to my exact software version.
My question is, will the root guides/software for V20e software work on my Korean V20d phone? Does the software version really matter?

use this method it works on p930 and should work on v20d too

Thanks for the suggestion, but is there a way to do it without re-flashing the ROM (and losing all my data)?

with that method you dont loose any of your datas and you dont need to re flash your rom
there is a Video Tutorial , its very simple just follow the instructions .
I gave it a go, and after a lot of messing around to get the phone working with a Mac/VMware, it's now rooted! Thanks for the link :good:

Can anyone here please help me?? Please i succesfully freegeed my f180k and installed cwm. I want to convert to e975 with the latest jellybean version. Is that possible or would it mess up my bootloader? Tried searching freegee korea thread but cant seem to find a definite answer.. Thank you

success!!! All settings reset! No worries
u should firstly flash optimus e975 firmware then flash baseband of f180k and lastly flash any custom rom..

Hello thanks for the feedback.. i successfully converted it to e975 Philippine Rom. But the cant connect in network but wifi and bluetooth is okau.. do u have a f180k modem?

ive got f180k rooted..but how to install cwm recovery? ive already installed Freegee but it didnt support f180 version..tq
As i asked above, how to restore original rom F180K if im on E975 now? I heard that when you flash kdz (f180k kdz) on E975 rom (actual) you can get some problems like with battery or etc...
Does anyone tried it before or know how to flash F180 rom without any trouble?

I have a F180S and flashed kdz for it as I was on E975 Stock, nothing bad happened
So i will not get any bug / problem with battery ooor another issuuuue?

There is issue. I havent got any network working. When i flashed kdz Kitkat, there when i entered network settings, it gave me error that process has been stopped.
WHAT TO DO NOW??

If I remember correctly, I have read a thread about network problem with F180, you need to flash F180 ICS version first before flash JB or kitkat. You should search for that thread.

Now i have L variant baseband flashed on my LG because K baseband doesnt work for me and for @hpesojames didnt work too. We were flashin it and trying to convertt to E975. It worked, but with L modem only. I tried flash K modem on kitkat and jelly bean. I dont know on ICS because i didnt try it.
So I flashed LOLLIPOP on my F400L from http://bbs.gfan.com/forum.php?mod=v...xtra=page=1&filter=typeid&typeid=10913&page=1..
Now only Bug is that wifi is not working.. SO IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME THE SOLUTION TO THIS and ONE MORE thing is i tried to revert back to 4.4.2 using tot but in flashtool it says the model is not compatible( After flashing lollipop my phone says its D855)... Now what to do....
I need solution for one thing only Wifi or I can revert back.. And its also not rooted....

What made you think it would be better to post a question on XDA instead of the link you just mentioned? As far as I can tell, XDA is is no way related to gfan.com or that ROM.
You'd be better off posting your questions in there, in your own language, to the developer/maintainer of the ROM.

i think that you need to read little more then just press flash button.
At XDA you can find many versions of Lollipop, you can try flash version from XDA. I am just not sure is there support for F400L, the most of them are for D855.
I am using official Poland version and everything is ok.

My friend is using F180L (korean version) optimus g ... he asked me a favor to update his phone to 4.4.2 from 4.1.2 ... when i did that update phone's touch wasn't working i downgraded the phone it started working again .
i repeated the whole procedure but problem remains there now can some one let me know why this is happening ??
phone 4.1.2 to version is v20t
4.4.2 version is v30c
i have attached the phones touch firmware info from 4.1.2 rom!!

Can you share the solution with us? I have the same problem, touch does not work on stock kitkat KDZ or custom kitkat rom. It only works in recovery mode.
please share the solution as it is the same with my friend's korean optimus g (f180k).... currently using v20o and touch is working fine. whenever try to update to v30b or v30c, touch doesn't work at all
