Volume rocker music change thing isn't available on it from what I know. You can use Viper sound, but enable compatability mode and disable beats audio. The earphone thing should work though.

Beats audio is embedded into the system, you can't disable it from what I know unless you use the notifcation thing (If you froze that I'd unfreeze it). Disable it with the notification, and enable compatability mode through the menu on V4A.

I use nex music in any other Rom double click on earphone works but on sense when I click twice call to the last number started dialling :/ any way to stop this ??

[Q] Is there an application to increase in call volume?

Hey guys, is there a way to increase volume for the G2, specifically for the G2? I've searched and found solutions, but nothing for the G2 that I'm sure will work. Please let me know, thanks

Beats audio in non stock player

Hi.
Is there a way to get beats working with player pro? Reason is I really dislike the stock music player and find it poorly designed. Player pro is perfect for me but the beats audio doesn't have any effect.

I would love to know if this is possible!
I am using PowerAmp and the beats are working, probably that it isn't working with all players.Try to check if you didn't disable it.

I'm also using PowerAmp but in PowerAmp you have the ability to disabled DVC (Direct Volume Control) thereby enabling Beats.
Not sure if there is an option like that in PlayerPro
I know there's a few ROMs that have enabled system wide Beats.
As well as PowerAmp, UberMusic also works with BeatsAudio.
I have Player Pro it works fine with Beats. I also using Extreme Sound Enhancer 10.0. If it's not check under the Settings > Audio there you should fine an option something like use ROM sound setting or something like that. Don't have my phone with me to check
Beats and other audio effects are system wide, poweramp does not seem to like beats very much, you can enable sound effects in settings>sound>sound enhancer but the audio effects can only be enabled with headphones.

So far I am satisfied with the quality of the sound played with stock player. Bass and treble are perfectly balanced in my ears.

Music Control
I think u can use a 3rd party app like JAYS headset control for ur stock music player or instal another player like ttpod.
There is a mod in the tweakbox apk that allows long press on the volume key to change track but you have to download the xposed framework apk first. Its in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2012770

well
you have to enable the tweakboxbox in the modules Tab of xPosed
in in the Tweakbox in Misc you have to enable the vol. button option.
also your player has to have an enabled support for the one button Headsets (@least I think that coz when you hold the vol. button while screen off [it only works when screen is off] you hear 2 beeps when you hold v+ (next Track) and 3 beeps when you hold v- [prev Track])

Wanted: Volume app

As you know the speakers are loud on the One. The minimum setting is very loud for an early morning
Anyone know of a more controlled volume app that could set the minimum volume lower for media?

Or wait when devs add volume steps tweak to roms... It's nice tweak...
Really want to keep it stock. I'll get into a ROM spin if I start... And i dont want to start as i wont stop.
Would just prefer this phone as is. Still a little app would be great.

Interestingly, when I use the phone volume button rocker to change the TV volume (via the ir remote app), one push on the phone moves 3-4 increments on the tv

Right!
'Fine volume control' from app store seems to work.
FYI volume at its lowest on this phone is 8% which is rather too high.

This is my biggest bugbear with this phone. On minimum volume, both on speaker and headset, it's way too loud. I hope HTC realise this and fix it soon.
OT - does anyone else hear a constant annoying clicking through the headset, even when there is no music playing? I hope HTC fix this too.
there is a mod in the trickdroid thread to increase volume steps. i think its around post 5400

Is there any way to boost the headphone and speaker volume without a custom kernel?

Is it possible? I find the Stock kernel to be most stable and fast, but the low audio output on headphone especially for some formats forced me to use some custom kernels. But I ultimately came back to stock kernel today. So is there any way to boost the headphone and speaker volume without the help of a custom kernel? Any app or anything? I'd really like to have one!
I can always change the gain.dB file but it's needless to say it's a weird process in middle is something, especially while you're watching a movie or something. So that slider is needed, preferably in an app, so that it could be changed on the fly. Should've the range from 55-63 dB for speaker and 50-63 dB for headphones and all.
Thanks in advance.

How could you increase the speakerphone volume with it mate? If I enable speaker then the speaker volume increases indeed, but only when I'm playing a movie or music, but the ringtone volume is unchanged at any settings! Is that how it works?

Yeah thanks pal, but I really didn't wanna go the custom kernel way.
So this mod won't work for increased ringtone volume? I don't know, but even the lock screen sliding effect sound is boosted a lot but why not the ringtone!

Buddy please Disable the increasing ring tone with Xposed Framework or SF or an app from Google play that will boot your Phone sound.

For past three or so months I've disabled that thingy, actually I haven't, I think ARHD comes with it being disabled by default. That's why when I enabled it in Xposed didn't notice any difference.

i am not sure if this will boost speaker volume, but you can try it out, my headphone volume increased a lot after using it.
