●●● [APP UPDATE] ●●● INSTAGRAM v.4.1 - Now Allows Video IMPORT
Instagram announced this morning that in version 4.1 of their apps on both Android and iOS, users will be able to import previously recorded video from device galleries. In the previous version that introduced video, you were only able to record video through the app, not pick and choose previously recorded clips. This new importing feature also allows you to trim the clip down and choose which section is centered in the Insta-square.
But maybe more importantly, video recording is now available on devices running Ice Cream Sandwich in this new version.

my htc desire is working fine and now I have to much space to work with (see attachment),
the problem is I can not play FLV files or play Youtube clips , it just showing black screen, no video or audio.
pleeeeeeeeeeeease help !

Hi I am having the same issue since going on 4.1.2....used to be able to watch videos in browser now I cant...have you found a fix by any chance?

What doesn't work...
*You can't share pictures to the stock messaging app but can still insert the picture from the actual message as a work around.
This has been tried and tested on the HTC One by me and it works great!
This app has great animations when viewing pictures and it is also a very great tool for GeoTagging pictures (much better than the ones in the Play Store).

Cool, but it won't let me share a pic from this app to the stock HTC messages app.
I wasn't aware of that as I was running a custom ROM. I'll mention it in the OP.
You can still add the pic from the messaging side though so at least it's a work around

I have this on my surface pro. Great app. Even has movies you can watch, including HD ones. This app is in the wi,dows store.
This looks so much better then those YouTube downloader sites, will check this out
