Hy,
does anyone know how I could have default lockscreen with my custom wallpaper and also a small "Play" button, so I can start my music from lockscreen?
I tried music lockscreen but it's dull and grey, so I prefer my own wallpaper... But the only thing missing is button to start music. When music starts even the wallpaper lockscreen gives you music controls, but they are not there from the start.
Any help, does anyone knows some kind of app/widget?

Have you tried looking at addons for your rom???
Have you tried JetAudio?? It has a lookscreen widget..

Hi, i have a little question. Also, if anyone know how to do it i would appriciate a little turtorial on how to do it.
I have an app(Wimp) that hasn't any locksreen control. I would like to use the music control that is on the CyanogenMod - 6.1.1. or if there is any other way i would appriciate if you guys could show me.

Did you try "Flip"? Its a standalone musicplayer widget. So if you are using a custom lockscreen like widgetlocker you can easily add this widget to your lockscreen!
Did you try DoubleTwist Player ?
I have a music player, wimp. Its the same as spotify, if you know about that.. 'Anyways, the CyanogenMod - 6.1.1 has a music control on the lockscreen that i would like to use.. some way fixing this?

U should get widget locker... and then u can customize what ever you want on your lock screen..

With widget locker can you just put music control, Like CM, just the back pause and next?

Let me test, your talking about the stock music player right?
It doesnt look like there is a widget for that however, with widget locker you can make it so your pull down menu work while locked so i guess you could put the music player shortcut on the lockscreen then use the player controls in the notification bar while locked..
Unless you find a music widget..
Ok there is a music widget on the market for free and you are able to put that on the lockscreen galaxy s musci widget.
yeah or the MIUI player. I was also wonder how much work it would be to modify the MIUI music widget to be completely clear except for the album art and controls

Ok i got galaxy s music widget off the market and widget locker and it works perfectly stock music player.
Does miui music player have a widget if so then it will work with widget locker.

Yeah I just got widget locker and it works great, now I just dont like the way the music widget looks with my set-up hahaha. Do you have any knowledge on modifying the widget in the apk?

What do u want done with it? Im sorry i cant do it but maybe pm mysterysemotionz, he is an awesome themer and can modify it for you, considering he uses that in his theme he might be able to help.
If you however just want it transparent the Galaxy s Music Player Widget Has A Few Options To Change It, kinda cool, but if you dont want to use the stock music player then talk to mysterysemotionz.

Alright thanks for your time.
So the new sense 3.0 live weather wallpaper is niiiice.. really like it however the animated part seems to only happen in widget locker(if using) and not on the actual page. But this isnt much concern, my issue is that the sound effect happens in the lock screen when i use an alternative wallpaper. So my question is is there anyway to edit that live wallpaper to remove all sounds?

When selecting the live wallpaper, choose preview and there you will have a settings option. From there you can disable sounds.
My problem with the live wallpaper is different... After running for quite some time it just freezes until I lock and unlock my screen again...
any ideas?
i installed the sense 3.0 weather but my weather did not change ! (i could have the lock weather widget).
when i apply the default live wallpaper which is that girl with sunglasses the screen goes black ! the pattern lock screen is black also.
i just mounted revolution 2.3.3 latest rom.

Scrap that, apparently there are no sounds for night so i couldnt tell if it worked or not, but its the sound is still on. anyone help??
I'm having the same problem with the sound. I'd unchecked the box for sound effects, both in the clock/weather widget as well as the live wallpaper but there's still weather sounds.
I've linked it to the weather live wallpaper however. When I choose a different wallpaper, the sounds do not come up anymore.
Is there another way to disable the sound in this live wallpaper?
Hi, I have the same problem. I've unchecked the sound effect in weather app and also before applying a new live wallpaper (weather) ... but the sound in still on, when I unlock the screen... anyone knows what's going on?
I have HTC Desire with RCMix S v 2.0.1 ROM ... tnx for any replay...

I had this while trying "RCMix3D KINGDOM v2.0 Evolutionary Sense!". But considering that and the fact that it wasn't very "live" after a cycle of the animation i picked another wallpaper (a normal one). However! After having installed Virtuous Unity 1.29 i tried the live weather wallpaper out. It's still not very "live" after a cycle of the animation, but at least unchecking the sound checkbox makes it be quiet.

It is only meant to do one 'cycle' that is normal. My HTC Flyer is the same. it must be a battery saving thing.

Thanks for this - love the wallpaper but the sounds were driving me crazy, living in the uk its cloudy all the time so the wallpaper plays a sound like a bloody fighter plane whizzing past!

The music player widget got accidentally deleted and i tried to put it back on.. but its not in the list of my widgets! how can i get it back?
to be clear im talking about the default music player on the Arc and the widget with the previous, next, and pause button on it for easy access to changing songs

From what i know some widgets by manufacturers will just not work with custom launchers.. Maybe Music widget is one of them.. Atleast thats what i've heard bout the timescape widget..
You can get some other widget / music player from the market i think ..
I'm having some issues getting stock widgets to look right on my Go Launcher home screen.
The problem is that when I change the icon grid to 5x4 in Go Launcher, most of the default android widgets look funny. For instance, the stock media player widget cuts off at the bottom. Instead of having the media controls plus one or two songs from the playlist, it only displays one song and cuts off half of the second.
How can I solve this? I think I need to edit the widget size by unpacking the apk, but I'm not exactly sure how. Any ideas?
I like the stock media player, and would really rather not switch.

Try a different launcher you could go apex or holo launcher i have holo no problems yet.... those launchers let you freely move the widget sizes.
