Does anyone have the .apk for netflix because I'm in Canada and it is not in the market!

You can also use market enabler to use the us market when needed. As a fellow Canadian I use it often to get apps like Pandora or xmradio.

If you're running Jelly Bean, you can't install Flash Player from Google Play Store. AFAIK Adobe has discontinued Flash Player for Android so it will not be officially supported.
It can still be installed on JB though. For example if you backed up your apps including Flash Player with Titanium Backup before installing a JB ROM you can just restore the Flash Player backup on JB and it should work (that's what I did).
Just google for jelly bean flash player if you want more info or more detailed instructions.
