Why don't you extract one from a rom that has it? That's what I usually do.
Is there a way to resize the widgets after I install the 5x6 because my weather widget looks huge

No, unfortunately I don't think there's a way to do that without actually modifying the apk. If you search around you might be able to find a flash able zip of the launcher with the widget. That's what I found back on my s3 at least.

Why not just get it on your launcher?

You could always get Google Now. There is a ICS version somewhere in the apps section here on XDA.

Give this a shot. Just flash in recovery, wipe cache and fix permissions. Reboot. You will have the Accuweather widget and the Digital Clock widget in your widget drawer. I'm currently using on CM10 nightly 12/01.
Hello. I am running skynote 6.51, and I have been searching for a 5 x 6 grid mod. I even searched the skynote forum and somebody mentioned it, but there was no link. Is there any way to get that grid size on this rom?

Use a launcher like Nova or Go Launcher. They give lots of options to customize the screen.

There is a flashable 5x6 touchwiz in the dma6 thread from scroslers. Check it out. To be safe ore install a secondary launcher like nova. If it's broken then remove and replace the stock touchwiz from the rom zip. If it works un install the custom rom.

5x5 grid for what? launcher? did you try any custom launchers? (e.g. Apex, Nova)
I always used cwm seclauncher2 5x5 grid but is not working on 4.2.2

I think Infamous rom has scrolling wallpaper launcher. If you don't like the rom, you can take the launcher apk from it and install it on your phone.
