Edit:8-15 have added lg stock mms,qslide,gallery... should work on aosp,cm,all others ...just install in recovery and fix permissions for good measure....
Edit:8_15 added lg g2 keyboard and themes...
G2 keyboard works without root, but if you want to get all features check below.
Add these lines to your build.prop:
ime_extend_row_keyboard=true
ime_onehand_keyboard=true
ime_split_keyboard=true
ime_vibration_pattern=0:20
In case you want to change strenght of vibration just change ime_vibration_pattern=0:20 to smaller or bigger value (for example 0:10 or 0:90).

yes qslide does work on cm ....gonna tripplecheck to make sure
camera has always worked but still has that focus issue.... idk enough how to edit api...
i just flashed chameloen os with bunch of apps from lg g2 thrown in so we c how it goes
with the lg g2 apps pushed the zip to 680mb size yikes....
I couldn't get qslide to work on rootbox. Does it not work on certain roms?

its a play store app called "holo locker" and its SWEET AND FREE! lol
for those of us slowly transforming our s2 in to a jelly bean (while waiting for cm10 or for the official ota in the beginning of 2013)

Unfortunately, accessing pull-down notifications from the lockscreen while using this lockscreen doesn't work. At least for me on Darkside v8 ROM. Maybe a restart would fix it but I didn't try.

In the actually holo launcher app there is an option to disable the notifications pull down. Make sure yours is not checked.

/agree. Nice otherwise, but I like to swipe and go to texts or missed calls when theyre there.
Read it on some forum... Guy said he worked for tmo and the region manager or something like that was told by a Samsung fellow it would be released (at earliest) in q1.. Again take it as a grain of salt lol

Can't set any security on it, therefore this is useless to me. But as for functionality, it worked flawlessly on Darkside Evolution v8. Notification drop down did indeed work along with the camera launch.
The only thing I dont like about these lockers is that pressing the home button from the lockscreen unlocks it, I saw an option on this locker to disable that, but it ended up disabling the home button completely

I downloaded the zip and installed it via clockwork. Its working fine but I also still have my stock camera that works also. Which is pretty cool since I didnt want to loose my voice activated camera I did a full backup before just to be safe tho

Good man. To say the least. THIS **** IS DOPE AS A MOTHER ****ER! It is very forgiving when messing up and the stitching is better than the 4.1(.1) app.

how did you upload it to maps?
When you're viewing the finished 360° image, touch the screen to bring up the overlay. There is a sharing button with a logo or drop-down list when touched. Simply touch the maps logo and it takes you to the Maps sharing interface.

Probably not, it requires some libraries to be copied over.
I made a flashable zip of the Charging Wallpapers for our phone, may work on other 4.1.2 and some 4.2 LG phones, no guarantee.
These are neat to have, just a cool visual that looks great in your car dock or whatever.

I'm having no luck with the wallpapers. Every time I plug in, I FC. I followed the directions, flashed the zip, wiped Dalvik. Accidentally wiped both caches the first time I tried, actually, but same result.
I wonder if it's because I'm using the modded TWRP? I attached the LogCat in case anyone can decode it and find out what's screwing me up. :fingers-crossed:

Yes.
You need any file explorer with root access. I used root explorer.
Unzip the files and copy paste the apks in the system/app folder to the similar folder on the phone.
Correct permissions and owner (use the same settings as the other apks in the folder) and reboot.
After rebooting, the first screen will say 'android is upgrading' and then will show the first normal boot complete screen that you have.
I did above without any custom recovery ( yes a risk , as I have no backup but I reckoned the risk of bootloop is low as it is not a framework or system feature mod).
I'm on stock rooted at&t e980 4.1.2 10k
Disclaimer - i'm not responsible if your phone starts oozing ketchup after this procedure. All is done at your risk only ( but as said risk is very low and it is confirmed working on my phone. In fact the recovery script does the exact same thing i.e pushes apks to the system folder and corrects permissions)

It shows 8mp when ever started but just switch to front camera then to the back and it will register 13mp....

Does it have incremental updates?.....I read somewhere that the gummy ROMs do
The last rom in downloads is dated dec 31, 2013.
Is the development still on?
Look carefully mate. There are later releases but they aren't in order. Just check for the time it was uploaded

Wow this Rom has been out for the e980 for two months.. why am I just now hearing about it.?

Be careful, the very latest is only an update zip 50mb or something. Make sure to get the one above it. I did the same thing, first time but Gummy-2.1-01-19-14-NIGHTLY-e980.zip is running for me

You're telling me mate. This rom is really slick. Everything runs well for me and I like the quick settings options! The only thing I miss is the option to change the screen off animation. I was really enjoying "scale down" on other KK roms.
This is incredibly light for how feature dense it is. I have tested it and really been enjoying it for a few days!

I have the option to add it. It's "2G"
Edit; after trying it, fails to switch. However by long pressing it takes you right to the option to switch it of or on

ROM generally very good but Camera and GPS doesnt work properly
Tried Gummy-M.1-01-22-14-NIGHTLY-e980 but wifi is not working.
How is battery life?

What issues are you having with the GPS and Camera?
Both are working fine for me

Did you do a clean install?

I tried to record video,1080P and Camera just stopped. I couldnt open, I Reboot phone and I flocked the camera app again and still stopped issue.
Google Maps, yandex maps, foursquare.... These programs find location however 1-2 miles away from my location
