please help me with this problem
i've bought a refurbished GT-N7100 , with a 4.1.1 rooted software ( n7100xxalie )
it was working fine for two days . than , i've unrooted it , and its back official again , but it's now having a ( not registerd on network ) problem , it still have the IMEI , and who ever calls me , they hear it rining on there phone , but not mine , i cant call or receive calls , and i have a friend that have's the same problem , after flashing it ! ( note : i eaven tried to flash back the old firmware n7100xxalie , but nothing ) please help me Guys , plz:crying:
If your imei is correct (same as on back of device/billing) and if you are able to make emergency call, chances are there it got network blocked. You need to unlock it.
Or
May be your imei is banned. (in case it was tempered)

thanks for your replay , the carrier assured that there is no problem , and it should work properly , ( note , it was having a 4.1.1 sw philippines iv;e installed the middle east version , then the problem starts , i flashed back the old philippines SW , but than again , still the same problem
No its not carrier side, it's on device.
If there is carrier lock enabled then you can't use device except it was locked for.

Talk to operator if they can information, your imei is not banned
Find network unlocking tool (see my toolbox thread in signature)

i purchased a note 2 .. from my friend it was international version .. i dun remember which country .i dun have the box so i cant say which country .. i feel it can be dubai or united arab emirates. it was working fine on stock rom .. it was i suppose 4.0.4 i flashed it with omega v8 through cwm recovery . after that fone started but i get error msg emergency calls only.no simcard and if i trymaking a call it says simcard not registered on network plz help . i m from india . i after that installed many custom roms and many stock roms from diffirent countries but network not coming same error . how to get it working .. write solution or email on [email protected] cc: [email protected]

Note2 hasn't 4.0.4 version,Are you sure it's Note2???

i am not sure which firmware it was initially on .. and its 100% note 2 n7100 as i deal in cell phones.
Check if you have imei no in about device

yes its there .. even if i make a call to the sim number inside the fone .. on the other end it ringshere its not displayed only shows emergency calls only

I just bought my new N7505 yesterday and after i opened it, I realized that on its case, European SIM cards only warning written!!!
Would you please help me to unlock this sim card lock. I didn't rooted it yet cause I'm trying to find the easiest way to do it as well.

There is a program called country region unlocker.... For note 3.. I have used it and worked but you must be rooted first.

First a few questions...
Is your phone rooted?
If so did u flash any modems or bootloaders?
Was ur phone working fine in Saudi Arabia?
Try a few other sims from different network
Is it showing sim not detected?
If sim is detected, go to ur settings - about phone - device status and at the bottom ur imei no. If its null, u need to flash an apprpriate modem for your phone.

i have flashed a number of modems including
nd3_N7100_Patched_Modem_CWM
N7100_ND3_DrKetan_Custom_ROM_V8.1
CriskeloRom-NoteII-V22-MK4-4.3-MD5-92A0A664EC1BC1867AF69D577B63C1A1
GT-N7100_XXEMI6_Modem ..... etc and there are other also. but i don't know what is a bootloader...

I had the same issue n didn't even had an efs backup my last solution to the problem was visiting samsung service centre n they said my motherboard needs to b replaced cz of imei getting corrupted

I had solved today by flashed nd3_N7100_Patched_Modem_CWM with Recovery Mode.. :victory:
I bought my tab s 10" t805 from someone who brought it with him from USA or Canada idk,
Iam in egypt now and when i used the tab i found two problems !
1- tha tab has no phone dialer and it cant make calls ... and when i asked i was told that the carriers in USA block voice calls on these devices or smthn !!
But now im in egypt and cant make voice calls . So can anyone help me with that ? And if i rei stalled the rom would that make any difference ??
2- the second problem is that my tab doesn't seem to have HSDPA connection !
I dont know how or why but on my note 3 i have the H+ but on the tab s at the same place and same time and same sim card ... only 3G !!!

Install another firmware from Sammobile and TAKE CARE BECAUSE I guess your tab s not T805 check out before you download any firmware update

Hi all.
I am Jazzi from Mauritius. I actually have a Xperia Z5 Premium that is locked onto O2 ( UK ) which requires Sim Network Unlock Pin. I want to install an unlocked firmware but i don't find the firmware for Mauritius on XperiFirm.
Is there an alternative firmware , global or something that would work in Mauritius ?

use FLASHTOOL to flash it.
since the version shared above is STOCK , you dont need to ulock your bootloader.
however if you wana root your device please check this post

I think the OP's problem is that his Z5P is SIM locked. I'm not sure whether he'll be able to use flashtool to change the Rom without SIM unlocking it first. If he can do that and it works great, else he may have problems getting his fone SIM unlocked.

with latest version of flashtool, SIMLOCK can be played with if you are in ADVANCE MODE, however its not recommended...

This is exactly what happened. Flashing was okay no more O2 animation. But sim lock still there !
Should i check the simlock on flashtool ?

No if you flash simlock.ta it'll brick it and only Sony service can reserect it, you need/must get a pac code from o2 to unlock the device to any network. They should provide one but only if there's no outstanding acc balance related to the imei no for that device. I believe that you can buy them from the internet on places like eBay no idea if this works though never tried it. But without the pac code it'll only ever work on o2 UK network no matter what region firmware you flash
