I have a problem with the icon to signal mobile coverage doesn't change to blue when the coverage is good, I can see only grey and I see also H+ or E but doesn't change the color. this start when I install the next after "nightly 20130702" . Even with the new 4.3 but if I come back to install "nightly 20130702" the icon signal get well again.
when I install some rom I used to do all wipes and even to format internal memory.
anyone to help me please.
and sorry for my english I am beginner. :angel:
This is ROM feature and may not available with all ROM.
this also happens when you are not connected to google server on a secured connection...

If it only happens when you install that update, the solution is clear. Either don't install that update, or put up with its "features".

Yes I am connect to google and gapps are install.

You can just go to market --> downloads --> there you will find the apps you have bought. And you can download it again, free of charge

anyway I went to the market and nothing there,also I move from KagoDroid to the new orange update and some app I didn't find I think maybe because the market version(1.5) is change right?
It might be it. Some apps do not support 1.5. What app was it? Then I can check it out for you

These apps should be available for you. Did a little google search on the topic, and it seems like quite many, especially orange customers have had this problem. Some managed to solve it by downloading and installing a free app and then reboot the phone. But I'm not sure of that solution - but it never hurts to try. I've never had this problem myself. Have you tried to do a forumsearch to see if anyone else have had the same problem as you?

No I didn't search in forums because I already find the lite or free version for those app but i cant find the pro version and I know this is strange

hey guys this is my first post (noob) but i have suscessfully partioned my sd card for the cyanogenmod 6 release i love this build..but i am having a problem logging into my gmail and my market it keeps saying connection cannot be established i turned on wifi and still having the same problem is it something that will clear up on its own?? but i had a build i do not remember which one it was but my market once worked but now when i try mixing up kernels and .tar files i lose my wifi ability...so im stuck wondering is there a file i have to add or something because i can search da net fine phone calls fine text fine mms fine but no gmail or market...give me sum info please..i saw on some other post about flashing but that is for the nexus one i am a touch pro 2 user on tmobile network but my phone is a unlocked sprint version with tmobile sim in it....damn im typing alot

Either way, most market issues seem to be resolved by deleting the data.img and booting again. Try that.

with this build there is no data.img the only time i get a data.img is from other builds like blzn and froyo the ones that u have to partion your sd card for doest create a data.img

Anybody else having problems getting this to boot? Going to try and redownload and see if that's the issue (although, it goes through the install process with TWRP just fine).
Edit. Just noticed the "ChromeFix". Checking to see if that could be the issue.
Update. Chromefix was not the answer to my problem. Get systemUI and com.android.phone FC's and can't do anything. On to try the freshly downloaded copy.
Update 2: Redownloaded via PC, transferred to SD card via PC/card reader, attempted to install, still a no go. Same results. Anybody know if this is actually flashing a kernel? Wondering if it's due to the adama kernel I had installed.
How does this work with Aroma? Is there a touch recovery I'm not aware of?

There's a TWRP released for the GSIII. Aroma worked fine with it for me for installing. . . just gotta get it to boot now.

this is originally based on AT&T version of SGS III it says on the OP then it says T MOBILE support
meaning we can flash this rom as well!!!

Pretty sure I got it from RootzWiki. That said, I think I saw a post where we weren't supposed to link to them? Go to RW and look in their GSIII area though. You'll find it.

I've tried several ROMS past few days and all of them had either the wi-fi or data not working.
Can someone please recomend a ROM that has these two working normally? I see no point of having a mobile without internet.
Please advise which one to try.

You can try shpongle or CM10. Flash proper kernel and you're good to go.

I've tried shpongle as well, and I booted the .img file that was in the zip but the phone was stuck on boot logo.
Which Kernel should I flash for shpongle and can you link me to these two working ROM's?

I see you are totally noob and don't want to search, just wait for help from another. Search a bit won't make you get tired, will it?
Anyway, for Shpongle, you can use HELLBOY 4.2 version or Ironman. For ROM link, you can find it by yourself.

Well I'm sorry but that's not the case. I've read like 50 threads at least during the past few days and searched allover the place.
I've installed few ROM's but none of them was good ( wifi/date not working) I really installed Shpongle but either I'm booting the wrong image ( cause it stuck on boot) or I'm doing something totally wrong.
That is why I asked for some help and not that I'm lazy.

Hi I flahed Shpongle ROM with HELLBOY-2013-06-29-4.2 Kernel. THe wi-fi is working but mobile data I cannot connect. ITs checkmarked but doesnt work. Any ideas?
ALso I would lie to increase CPU speed to 12.ghz but in the settings there is no performance option. Need advise on this as well please.

The battery is slightly worst than 4.1.2, I attribute that to the Dolphin Browser which I've installed to view Flash content after my favorite stock browser doesn't support it any more, anyways my experience with Dolphin was always a bad one, I thought it was a battery hog.

Can you please help, I upgraded my wife's n7100 to kitkat last night with N7100XXUFND4 from Samsung-update. I went ahead rooted and deleted bloat manually from system app and priv-app..don't remember which ones now.
The thing is she can't turn on the wifi both from quicktoggle in notification panel or thru settings (just wont turn on).
Of course I could always try to install again the rom..but I wanted to know what apk is the one for wifi if you know?

WlanTest.apk as far as I remember.You will know it for sure just check if it is missing
