Would you happen to know what file has to be changed to modify the color of the actual navbar?(I use a white theme and the bar sticks out)

You need to modify navbar color? not softkeys?
for this i think you should modify some color hex string inside java's .xml file inside the sistemui.apk
don't no which for sure

Pressed:
You can't see it because of the white forum background, so here is what it looks like
You will have to replace the ic_allapps.png and ic_allapps_pressed.png files in your \res\drawable-xhdpi in Launcher2.apk.
EDIT: Can't seem to make it work on Novalauncher, so if you use stock launcher this will still work.
Can't Nova Launcher just replace icons with a Long Press > Edit?

Yes, but it uses the default pressed png, so you have to replace that as well otherwise you get the stock blue pressed png
What's the problem with it on nova launcher? I'm using it now and it looks great. Thanks

How do you replace these files? I can't make apktool work at all, is there any sort of guides to install this? Or could someone possibly send me a launcher apk file with it already done?
Working fine on nova launcher for me thanks!!

can you add these to the stock launcher?

A minimal bootanimation for All Nexus Devices:
It was made by someone else for the Galaxy Nexus (can't remember who but credit goes to him/her for the original work). I just edited it to make it work for all Nexus devices.

Push the zip to system/media
will it work with every rom?
I´m running PA atm...
Could just be me, but I am getting an entirely different bootlogo that just says android. Not the one in the picture posted in the OP.
EDIT: Nevermind, I forgot to edit the permissions, it's working completely fine now.
Added 2 new bootanimations and softkeys.
Softkeys is a flasheable zip or what?

If anyone is interested, here is the Lunar UI DeskClock for deodexed 4.2.1 ROMs.
Use the RootExplorer to copy it to /system/app and set permissions to 6-4-4.
Or flash it in the Recovery.

Will it work with SlimBean4.3.1 ROM?
I flashed this with WananLite1.7.2 MJ9 based ROM, it looked awesome. Thanks a lot for this.
Currently, I have installed SlimBean4.3.1 ROM (AOSP based) on my phone, will this work with it?
I think the relevant files that are replaced may be named differently in non-tw roms, so I don't think it would work.
You could always make a nandroid and then try it though....

That's because it can be changed yet. You need to edit SystemUI.apk if I'm not wrong; Btw, why not asking in right thread? They sure could help you better!

Don't double post, is against XDA's rules.
Mate, is what I said in first place. You can't, unless you edit SystemUI.apk.
For more info, post in thread, since those nice guy know how to help you if u want to edit that apk.
