I've officially drove myseld mad here....I've searched and searched and I cannot find a clear cut method way or place to install the drivers for this phone.
If someone wouldn't mind helping me out, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

got an update...ive found that its just adb that isnt working.
If I manually button boot into bootloader, I can run all fastboot commands, but when I do adb commands, the phone reads "offline" or "waiting on device"
any idea on what the problem might be...is it a bad adb driver?
thanks
adb doesnt work in the bootloader....
only in custom recoveries and in android itself.

I understand that, but when I am booted into android os, and I run adb devices...it gives me the number of the device and out to the right it says offline.
So from booted into android, I cant type adb reboot bootloader...it does nothing,,,,waiting on device.
Now, I have an HTC One also, and it works perfectly fine, thats why I was thinking it may be a driver issue.
Its aggravating because I have one of the most developed device and I can get adb to work,,,ha
thanks for the response though
Try updating the sdk tools?
Try a different cable?

For some reason no matter what I do I can't delete this file...I choose delete and it comes right back, I've tried force stopping, clearing cache and data and even tried wiping the phone but it still stays in Root Explorer...anyone know why?

sorry.. but what do you mean by restore my kindle? And do you understand my issue just wondering so we can be on the same page lol
Did you check the box that sometimes shows when deleting drivers that says something along the lines of "Delete the stored driver as well"?
Also, just to be sure - delete all Android/KF related drivers while the KF is plugged in, then unplug it, run install_drivers.bat from KFU and then plug in the KF.
If you're not lucky, you'll probably have to resort to the manual installation method for drivers. More information here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=23747671&postcount=2

Hey everyone, I'm having a problem where I cannot connect to my computer at all. I have tried installing all the drivers and I even reset my phone back to stock. Nothing is working. I cannot even connect to Odin. Can anybody help? Currently running stock touchwiz on Telus i747. Cannot connect to windows 7 or Mac.
Things I have tried:
Resetting phone to full stock
Reinstalling drivers
Reinstalling Kies
Trying different roms
Trying different cables
Trying different computers
I will connect the phone to the computer and nothing will show up at all. The computer just isn't recognizing it, yet it charges.

Not right now. I reset the whole thing to see if that would work and I still can't connect. Should I root it again?

It has nothing to do with rooting.
If your on stock, have you tried installing Kies?
Edit your original post to what steps you have done as your problem is too vague.

Try to uninstall the drivers you already have.(im pretty sure the prograam is like samsung mobile something). then dowlload samsung kies and it should install the drivers for you! then if you still are running in to problems you should click troubleshoot with Kies and it should work fine because its gonna reinstall the drivers again...
just wondering when u insert ur phone does it make a sound to ur computer does it say anything is connected ?

Have you tried accessing your phone through the AirDroid app? It allows you to upload and manage your files from your Web browser. It's not a fix to your problem but it could help in the immediate future.

if the goal is to return to stock, why are you even messing around in recovery?? ... nvm. just read the thread i gave you. 100% positive that you'll make it this time. uninstall all drivers, reboot, then start the procedure, while efrant guides you to the light.
No I mean I can't even get to my pictures nothing shows up so there's no way to install the driver but thanks

provide more info please. current rom, kernel, we already you're on sprint.
I'm sorry, if you tested another usb cable and you're perfectly sure you have fastboot and drivers for fastboot interface correctly installed, and already learned how to use the android/nexus/google tools, like adb and fastboot, then I think you need to read some of this. read it all. please. so that you can enjoy your device.
