Is there any way to put the S4 sms or AOSP sms on a touchwiz Rom?

Sorry I meant im on Jedi master 16 and I would like to add one of the two.

Tweaked has it and I think Tweaked is a much better rom then jedi as it is much more customizable.

No to the s4 MMS it has to be made for the ROM individually. That's why only two have it TWEAKED and NoteS4. Pmtr3 would have to port it to his ROM.
Meant to add if you run jedi already and really wanted either of those MMS TWEAKED has AOSP as well as the s4 MMS) then TWEAKED is probably a really good option for you.

This applies to the aosp mms as well - though there are helpful guides available that walk you through the porting process for that one.

Touchwiz kernel please anyone..

I am looking for an overclockable kernel for touchwiz ics. Im sure many others would like this too. Is this a possibility? Thanks.
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
I myself was wondering where the kernels were..
Is it a source issue. I havent really looked....nor felt a need though honestly. This phone works amazingly well out of the box
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
Yes this phone is already awesome. I just wanna break some records.
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
Anything over 1.5 isn't necessary.
According to you.

only one for tw http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1766484
I know this kernel works on SS Odexed Blue, probably works on all TW based ROMs
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1785466
Not sure if LTE will work whilst on it (don't have coverage) but it's pretty nice

Working TW Group Messaging App?

Hey peeps,
Are there any TW ROMs that have a working group messaging feature built in? I do not want to use GOsms or Handcent or any other apps.
I just want to know if any ROM had it working currently. The ones I've all tried only send group messaging of course. But all replies I get are split into separate threaded conversations. Any one know of one that works iPhone group messaging style?

I tried that, but I think because most of the TW framework is modified or removed, it won't work on other TW ROMs. It would constantly crash when I installed it on Macks ROM. But thank you for the heads up.

bump I would also like to know about this also. I have the synergyrom mms where I can add more then 10 contacts but would like this also

Good choices for touchwiz ROMs or anyway to get s3 stock motions on cyanogenmod

So I used cyanogenmod Nightly and i miss many of the motions provided through touchwiz, but hate the lag in it, I'll rather find a workaround.
So in your opinion
Best choices on touchwiz based roms
Or
Are there any zips I can flash to get motions?

Have you tried MC3 the new update? It's not even laggy.

What is MC3, is it leaked sprint rom? Or a custom rom? Do I update through sprint? How's the battery life on it

Its a leaked ROM. You can download it from Freezas thread and flash it in recovery.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to find all of 4.2.x features on TW Roms. But, a lot of TW Roms have similar features. I know that some of the more popular TW Roms here in the d2spr section are (in no particular order):
MOAR (Mother Of All Roms)
The People's Rom (TPR)
Goodness Reborn
JellyBomb
Wicked Sensations
Honestly, you can stroll through the Sprint Galaxy S III Android Development Section and if you see an "MB1" or "MC3" or "TW" in the title, you can check it out. Most are really good and have options for excellent battery life.
I personally enjoy AOSP 4.2.2 Roms (Currently on Liquidsmooth v2.2) and the extra features of TW (MultiWindow, motions, etc) aren't enough to keep me there. But I fully understand that my experience does not encompass everyone's preferences, so I keep my eye on the TW Roms and will flash them every once in a while to see what's what.
Try the peoples rom

ive been in the developers section......but theres not alot of touch wiz based roms and aosp has grabbed me yet. I was just hopeing to get some opinions and rom suggestions.

CleanROM if you want a very minimized but very fast/smooth and stable stock experience.
SkyNote for a fast/smooth experience while having lots of customization options (clock, notification bar transparency, hold back to kill, etc.) Jedi Rom is also great for customization as well.
jedi, clean, skynote, one of the miui, novella, ultimate, amospherium, hawkish, clearn rom SE, the list goes on and on when it comes to touchwiz based roms..there are even more than the ones I listed..
Ive actually heard of those but I havent flashed all of them. Im actuay hopeing to find a touch wiz rom that has a good bit of customizing

Sorry to say but this handy app won't work on a AOSP base, so this is only compatible with TouchWiz.
This does look interesting - is it basically an easy UI for an xml reader/editor that reads/edits csc stuff in /system/csc?
