Is there a way to change DPI on stock ROM?
If you're rooted yes.

Rom toolbox pro, edit your build.prop, change lcd density from 320 to 220 or 160 depending on how small you like things...
Or use xposed and this module http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2291826
Change system.ui to the same, or just your launcher, or whatever

I would recommend changing it to 240. You will run into problems with play store not recognizing some apps if you change DPI to something else

Have you tried other fonts? I'm on Snidane and it does change it for me...
The clock numbers on the lock screen uses actual images from the framework-res drawable xhdpi folder. The other text should change, but the numbers are images.

This. I remember when one Rom I used had unreadable honeycomb lock screen clock...there was no way to change it besides flashing a different framework

Did you change your DPI? That can cause problems with Google play. I've heard in general, there has been this issue on CM10
what is dpi & how do you change it???

Lol, meant LCD density. Makes your icons smaller, allowing to have more on your screen. If you don't know what out is, you didn't change it
I don't think changing the LCD density is gonna change it because it won't install at all

What is the default DPI for this phone?
320
If you want to change the DPI without any play store issues, you would want to stick with paranoid android or any of the combined PAC roms.

That's PPI. Pixels per inch. DPI is different, I'm 99% sure. That's why we can change the DPI and not the PPI.

Exactly what the guy above me said. Ppi is pixels per inch, which is hardware and you can never change that. DPI is dots per inch and is OS level and can be easily modified by changing your build.prop to some other number.

I did it. You can download app for this from market, resolution will be smaller or bigger not better, it's not worth.
Ok, thanks
