was looking @ this before I saw this thread as it's pretty much the only one out there now...
I had pretty much the same one for my OG N7 and I liked it (has the magnetic turn-on/off thingy), But what I don't know about this one is if the rear has speaker/camera cutouts (can't tell), and I wouldn't want to get it if it didn't...
I have the black supcase for OG Nexus 7 and imo it is not the best case to buy. Quite bulky and the edges are not protected at all. I had dropped it 2 times WITH the case and the corners were still damaged. Another issue is that at the 2 magnets area (that hold the case closed) the soft leather became worn out soon and the magnets area is clearly visible now. Ultra slim frame case looks great though. But I would wait for a better shot.

I think I may go with this case too. I have a Moko case for my 1st gen N7 and it is nearly identical to this case and I am very pleased with the Moko case. I'm keeping an eye out for a Moko case but if I can't find one, I'll go with this one. Need to protect my new baby.

The cheap eBay Bumper case I posted about on another board arrived today and it looks quite good until you pick it up and notice how thin and light it is which kind of goes hand in hand with it's massively small £3 price. It does the job fine on a S2 with the stock battery though but with extended battery the lip surrounding the front bezel is less pronounced.
It is not great with the Zenis dock either as it doesn't sit flush whereas the Zenis one does. I was expecting it to fit fine but the bottom is not sitting nicely like the Walnutt bumper does.
So far I think the Walnutt case looks the best and also feels like it's worth some ££ too. I especially like the lip bearing the Walnutt brand name on the back, it kind of completes an otherwise baron backside, something that the SGP NeoHybrid EX bumper lacks although I'm sure the SGP feels every bit as good and expensive as the Walnutt ones.
Considering the Walnutt bumper is thicker than the cheap eBay one I was surprised it was exactly the same thickness when put on the phone, I put it on my dad's S2 with stock battery to compare in the pics below.

Got mine from an Ohio-based company by the name of Fintie - purchased indirectly on eBay for $9 shipped free 7 fast, I like it - fittings are good & no complaint (better than Spigen's Hybrid Ultra. Maybe a bit "bulky" for some but feel solid & non-slip in my hands.
It's supposed to be impact/shock absorbing - even if the kick stand break over time on repeated usage, the soft TPU case can still be used on its own.

I ordered mine two days ago and it should be here tomorrow. There's a bunch of similar cases that all look to be OEMed by the same factory, with minor modifications to the kickstand area and "grooves" in the silicone. Google caught me off guard - I ordered my Nexus on Monday with a "ships by Dec 11", so I thought I would have it next week; it shipped the same day and arrived yesterday. I'm not crazy about the holster design (no positive retention), but for $9 I can always keep it as a spare after my Seidio Dilex arrives. I've also got a Ballistic SG Maxx on pre-order, which could very well get cancelled if I don't hate the kick stand on the Dilex (I'm not a fan of kick stands).
Anybody purchased a plain ole thin, lightweight tpu case for their Note? Recommendations? I see one for sale on ebay, but it's only shipping from China right now.
I plan on using my Note in a Ram Mount in my car, so I don't want a flip cover, or anything too heavy. It needs to be grippy/sticky so it will stay put in the Ram mount too.
Update: I found this one on ebay today and bought it. Will let you know how it is.

Seriously, love me some TPU cases. Especially for a tablet like the note, where I have to lay it flat on a table to write on, I have to tape the camera lens so it doesn't get scratched. I have a folio cover case as well, but I find it lifts the tablet too far off the table if I try to lay it flat. Looks like this TPU case is the answer.
Got my case today, and love it. Perfect fit, all of the holes line up, case is snug, and it's lightweight. Recommended!

Just bought one of these for £2.99, it arrived in 2 days, and I got to say, it is beautiful. Feels so nice to use on my OPO. The picture really doesn't do it justice. I actually prefer it to the original sandstone touch.

Be careful with the generic back cover cases..
I ordered 2 cases similar to these, a red one and white one. The white one fits poorly so i sent it back. The red one fits nicely but after a week i took my phone out of the case and saw that it left red paint on the back of my sandstone black cover..GRRRR. So be warned about these cheap generic cases. I put tape on the inside of the case to prevent any more paint coming off onto my phone. This is my first 5.5" phone and i fumble it alot but only dropped it twice but these case will not prevent your phone from being chipped, as expected since it's not a full cover. I'm waiting for my new case which is a full shock protection case.
Doesn't look any different then the xtremeguard case that I bought for way cheaper.

Here are the pics of the Zizo case...fits nice and snug...feels really durable...not too sure about the tempered glass, seems like its not sticking on the the edges--it does have almost full coverage minus the camera...maybe thats why its NOT sticking well..

I got the green/clear Zizo. I don't like the way the clear tpu sticks to the back (that wet look) and the green color wasn't as nice as it looked in the pictures online. Just plain lime green.
It's an interesting case though. Fits well. I'm probably just biased because I'm already used to the pink one.
Well, just got my 2.99 obliq flex pro from the Mailman... I'll see how I like that one next!

I like my Spigen one better...but I just want the protection...I dropped my Note 7 shortly after receiving the 2nd recalled version and it got a tiny scratch on the screen...fortunately I had to return it anyways lol...Now I dont want to chance this V20 getting a nick...
Oops missed this thread, I started another for the Spigen Rugged. Excellent case for $12 on Amazon Prime. Good balance between light and still protective.
