Hi guys,
is there a good and small keyboard I can use in Panorama (horizontal) Mode that still shows me some of the app I am using it for ? Lets for example use the most cliche example. Whatsapp. When I type in WhatsApp in horizontal Mode, the keyboard and the field where I can read what text I am posting, takes all the space on my display. Is there a way to have the keyboard in a more tight version in horizontal mode so I can even see what message just came in while I was typing on my own ?
Thank you.

Hi folks:
I've been using Nyditot on my MDA II for a while and I like it a lot, especially for web browsing on landscape mode (way better than portrait).
My only beef with this approach is that the phone application does not show all the numbers on the dial pad when in landscape. Of course, you can compress the screen with Nyditot, but then you lose readability.
Is there any way to have the phone app show like it seems to do in WM2003SE, or is there any other phone app that would show the entire dial pad while in landscape?
Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Hi all:
By fluke of chance, there was only once that managed to somehow get my photos in gallery to arrange itself in a horizontal straight line, like a filmstrip. (I enter the photo gallery by going into camera, and then tapping on the photos to view my past taken photos.)
Does anyone know what I am talking about, and what is the finger gesture or method to get the app to display my camera photos in a filmstrip mode? thanks!!
When you're in the gallery and have the picture in landscape, swipe left or right several times quickly to scroll the pictures along like a "film strip". The picture that it stops on will automatically fill the screen. Oh, and you do not need to access the gallery via the camera, this will also work by entering the gallery directly.
ah, it works! thanks so much! I found that quickly swiping about 3 times will do the trick. and it also works in portrait mode too!
The Note 2's display is large and hi-res enough to do certain tablet-like functions.
However, when I want to make a post on Internet forums (such as Google Groups) using the web browser, when I'm in Landscape mode, instead of displaying what I'm typing in keyboard landscape full screen mode, I see a small (useless) part of the webpage in the background.
I'm hoping there's an app or setting to force full screen mode no matter what software keyboard I'm using. Currently, I'm using Thumbs Keyboard (which only offers the opposite setting... force full screen off).
Check out external keyboard helper from Google play.

Hi.
As keyboard I am using "Hackers Keyboard". 4 Row only.
I'd like to use HK as a full screen keyboard in Landscape mode, meaning in Landscape there should be only the keyboard (big) and a textbox where I am writing currently. I Portrait it should be "normal" keyboard and everything else visible (textbox, background, other text, etc).
How can I achieve that the keyboard is "big with textbox" in Landscape?
Currently it does the same as in Portrait, big keyboard and a little gap between keyboard an the upper screen. On some apps, this is not enough to display a textbox. On others it is enough.
Hi,
just wondering if any of you guys use Zinio for Magazines in their new nexus.
If so, are u able to read the font in landscape mode (two page mode)?
Is the txt crisp enough with the new enhanced resolution?
Thanks.

I use Zinio on my FHD, but normally read in portrait mode. You can read the text in landscape but it's tiny. I can barely see it with my glasses on, but it isn't pixelated at all that I can tell.
