i ordered one on amazon yesterday so I'll let u know when it comes in.
Looks nice.. I was considering it when looking for a case, then I read some reviews that said the holes in the back allow dust and stuff into the back of the case making the inside of the case very dirty. So I ended up getting the Amzer Argyle case.. Does it's job and looks nice.

Check them out. On par with otterbox and IMHO better, but that is easily debatable. Ive had Ballistics for all Iphones, the HTC One X, and I have ordered one for S3.

Which Ballistic case did you end up getting? I'm interested in the SG (not MAXX) as it was very well reviewed for the HTC One X. I just ordered one for my One X and am thinking about getting one for my S3, if the quality/fitment is on par with the One X version.

I saw them at the ATT store. Its the MAXX version and it was god awful imo. Screen protector doesn't seem to fit to well. Let us know if you end up liking it. In fact give us a full review telling us your thoughts! I like to see what people think about other cases. Even if I didn't enjoy it.
I bought the Maxx case, love it. But the screen protector did not fit well, & made the screen appear grainy. Ditched the screen protector and couldn't be happier with the case & holster.
I actually prefer the Maxx case over the standard SG series because of the port plugs for the usb port & headphone jack.

Hi, I was randomly in Boston and met a guy who also had a Galaxy S3. He had a really nice White Incipio case.. I wrote it down and said I had to pick one up. After a day of searching I found out its a Limited edition that only US cellular has. Its the White Feather Incipio. I thought I'd throw that out there in case anyone else was looking for it. I really like the way it looks, with very little bulk... I'm not sure how much fall protection it adds but at least I'm not worrying about what I leave the phone on.... Just throwing it out there. Best!
Anyone found a good belt holster case for the Galaxy S3 that is vertical and not horizontal that also covers the screen?

Its a good holster belt case... But i did not like the design i scan some and find a much better one.

I got that one in white. Waiting on the Marble White version to be available for AT&T.
The ONE thing nice about not having the phone in hands yet is it has given me time to get some goodies on order with cheap shipping. I have four cases headed my way (yes idle hands). As you will see from my selections, I like cases that are TPU or similar for absorbing shock. I don't like very bulky cases.

Then the Flexshield cases. I think one of these will be my everyday case. I couldn't decide between transparent or black so I ordered both. They come from mobilefun.com in the UK and since I had so much time to wait (November 9th or so) I used the cheap $5 shipping and it should be here by then.

I got that nilikin case (I have a tmob with att sim). Its even more slippery than the phone itself which I don't like. It looks good though.

Still haven't decided if I am getting the Note yet, I have SGS3 and its great, with a nice strong seido case (extended battery active) it isn't too big. I feel like having a big case on the note will be too much. I'm in the army and the SGS3 barely fits in my ankle pockets now, Only option for the Note would be in my cargo pockets and it might break in there...
i am looking into the Nilikin case atleast until there is an otterbox commuter for the note 2

This is the case I ordered from Korea.
1) some sort of a metallic material bumper case (black)
2) some sort of a metallic material battery cover (black)
and its going to be going on the Titanium Grey colored version of the note 2
by the way the second picture is the metal battery cover by itself.

Ive got the Nilikin cases in white and black. Not a fan of the texture. But it was the only thing available that was decent at the time. Im waiting for the Elago slim cases to come out which i have on my original Note.
I just ordered this case of ebay, not bad for the price and it looks half decent. I will post pictures once i get it and the phone(still waiting for rogers to ship)

hey guys i got a quick question im currently married to my skyrocket...but im leaving her for this beautful note 2. something i came across that was rather annoying with the skyrocket when it came to cases is that the phone style changed based on the carriers. e.g the speaker orientation on the sgs2 hercules vs the sgs2 skyrocket where different. even tho they are the same phone specs wise. is this the same here since all the cases linked here are for the n7100 and our phones are the n7137m and n7147m or something to that effect thanks for your replies in advance
The note 2 as far as dimensions go are the same across all models. So all cases will work

true enough so same as teh sgs2 but the speakers and camera and flashes where different

i also bought the ZAGG body shield
Boxwave case with the integrated stand. I have the black one on my current Note and it works great. The stand isn't super strong (can't expect it to be on a slim plastic case) but it's built well and holds the phone well also.
The case isn't available yet so keeping an eye out.
