The Moto X camera apk. Superfast, great UI and lovely animations. It almost works! Tested and released by Android Police originally for the Nexus4. Now works with *most* other ROMS.
Download and open in file explorer. Disable/delete/Uninstall if it fails.
BE AWARE - MAY REPLACE CURRENT CAMERA & GALLERY APP. BACKUP!
What works -
-The camera runs fine.
-Tutorial.
-Single shots.
-Burst shots.
-Video recording.
-Front-facing camera toggle.
-Swipe to open settings.
-Swipe to open gallery, which asks which gallery app you want to launch.
-Touch to focus toggle.
-Flash mode toggle.
-Shutter sound toggle.
-Geo-tag toggle.
What doesn't work (fixes being worked on)-
-Double-flick wrist gesture to launch the camera anytime.
-Panorama mode currently crashes. (It seems to be missing a required class, and I'm not sure whether we'd be able to fix it or not. If we can, I'll post an updated APK. For the interested, the error log is here.)
-HDR mode is disabled and cannot be enabled.
-Slow-motion mode is disabled and cannot be enabled.
Mirrors needed please if anyone can help.

Yeah perhaps. I think i wouldn't have updated my phone to 4.3. I would have rather waited for some development to take place... In terms of bug fixes. So many apps crashing.

Uh, yeah. You're just a little early.
Never know, there might be a ton of people from I/O that would hop on here and tease the rest of us.
Or maybe some of the folks who overpaid on the Bay, for the complimentary 7's that were given out at the convention last week, might make a posting.

I see two panes in Gmail app: left pane shows all the labels & right pane shows email message. But, while in portrait, if you were to select an email message, it will switch to 1 pane. For landscape, it always shows 2 pane.

This is standard for all apps that support Portrait mode. G+, Astrid, Gmail, Springpad, etc. All of them do this.
