i am just taking a wild guess her but 2nd from left might be some alarm/timer app and the 2nd from right i would be guessing has something to do with pic/vid.. But again just guessing.
The 2nd icon looks like a timeout feature... but it can be anything and everything.
Why do you need to know these apps?
Open the notification bar nd you can see what's there.

Are you talking about the way you unlock the phone? Or the picture on the lock screen? And yes you can do whatever you want to the rom as long as you are not redistributing the work without permission.

There's a thread on xda where a lot of custom lockscreens are made for milocker, go search for it. I use to play with it
a lot.

You can modify it however you want without permission as long as it's for your own use... But if it's a valid mod then you could probably get permission from the rom creator and post the (mod) in the dev section

Sorry. That's only for AOSP (CyanogenMod/AOKP/etc...) based ROMs. Touchwiz doesn't have it.

All the instructions are in the op link in the op. It's very informative. Basically, go in to the LMT app and select Start/Stop TouchService. If you like it, select Autostart TouchService and change the default value "0" to "1" so it will startup automatically when you start your phone. There are quite a few options to change in this app. But that's the basic setup.
