[MOD] Google Wallet fix (ALL VARIANTS..TMOBILE, ATT, AND VERIZON confirmed)

First and foremost i would like to say that i did not do this alone. With the help of Ogdobber, we got it working! its only right that i give half the credit to him! Since the first day owning this device, i tried numerous times to try and get it working, and now finally here it is!!
[THIS SHOULD WORK ON ALL VARIANTS (VERIZON AND ATT) WITH A CUSTOM RECOVERY, HOWEVER ITS TESTED FOR SURE ON TMOBILE]--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INSTRUCTIONS.. (MUST BE ON A DEOXDED TOUCHWIZ ROM. stock odexed roms will not work with this fix! I am running wicked V2 and it is confirmed working..)
10/5/2013 update.... Due to the new wallet verson, a build.prop change is NOT necessary... this can now be simplified into 2 very easy setep.
Step 1 .. Download my lib fix file and the modified wallet zips here..

Step 2.... Flash both files in CWM

Yes.. I prefer root explorer..
Long press system/build.prop, choose "open with text editor"
Find that string that I posted above and modify them 3 to the sprint names listed above.. Exit and save

UPDATE......
After following the instructions in the OP, download MoDaCo's xposed toolkit from here http://www.modaco.com/topic/361634-xmod-modaco-toolkit-for-xposed-framework/
Enable the module in xposed and reboot
load MoDaCo's toolkit, click Google, check "Disable Wallet checks" and "Prevent app disabling"
Reboot
change build.prop back to orginal
Reboot
Profit!

Tried this on Wicked v2, and the first time I ran the Wallet app, it FC'd. However, launching it a second time, it succeeded. Not sure why, thought it was odd, but now it's up and running. Woot.
I do get the 'Unsupported Device' at top, but other than that it seems to fire off okay.

The unsupported device message goes away with the xposed installer mod.

I suppose it does the same hack, but found a couple of other very useful hacks in the toolbox....
1. Can removed the battery icon from the notifications bar (and just show %)
2. Enable NFC to always work... When the screen is off.

I would re download it again,, then try and re install... And I didn't even uninstall mine, it installed right over the old one! And it worked perfect. Might try to clear cache and see if that helps..

That's weird you had to restore your room in order to get it to work. Well that's good you got it to work now!:thumbup: Because it looks a hell of a lot better than that white background. LOL
You should check out the new Team Blackout app on there website. Very nice. And easy way for us to get our inverted apps they make.

I had 5 installed. guess that's why it didn't worked. I reflashed my Rom, I installed blacked out dolphin first before anything, all good now. Thanks.

Redownload the updated one. It works for some searches. Not sure what the trick is. Try this type in Bing, click the arrow next to Bing results and click go. It's the way it's designed.
Seems to work fine if, when doing a search, choose the result with the www. In front of it.

I think most who use that disclaimer are saying that they won't troubleshoot any problems if it's flashed with anything but CWM. That's what I've been told anyway. Plus I've never run into anything that can only be flashed in one recovery and not the rest. Even if it can be done, I just couldn't see any good reason to go through that trouble anyway. Seems to me it'd be alienating a lot of potential fans.
Of course I've been wrong before, but that's just how I understand it.

That's how I took it also, but saw the person above saying nevermind so I thought they attempted and failed lol. Ya I've never heard of someone doing that to not be able to flash with a certain recovery and I've flashed a lot!!
All good, and totally forgot to try and see if it worked with Enewman's latest build and already got everything setup, so someone please try.

I'm on enewman's latest and greatest. Flashed the theme without any FC but I'm not seeing a difference? Pushed the messaging apk and it's a nice change from the norm. There are some new bubbles and backgrounds to choose from. I pushed the phone apk also resulting in my T999 showing no signal so I just replaced it with the stock and everything went back to normal.
Thanks for sharing... I'll have to see if I have better luck on another ROM.

This is a theme for TWRP for the Note 2 confirmed to work on Jedi x. In theory it should actually work for any note 2 variant using any ROM based on the way i made it.
Remember flash at your own risk!!!

I have started off with one theme and will continue to add more based on popularity so to speak.
Please note that your current version of TWRP will still be in effect. However I have themed it based on the 2.3, 2.4 interface. All your functions will still work. The reason I've done this is simple. We all got used to the old style and once 2.5 came along countless amount of people have accidentally done a full wipe instead of just wiping the cache. And quite frankly I just liked it better!

Instructions:
1ownload the zip and either flash it, then reboot to recovery
or alternatively
2: Extract the zip and take the ui.zip and place it in your sdcard (could Alteratively be your 0 folder) then in the TWRP folder you need to create a folder called "theme" inside that folder you can place the ui.zip and then reboot to recovery.
To revert back simply delete either the ui.zip or move it from the theme folder.
FAQ;
I want to revert but the TWRP folder doesn't have a theme folder?
As I mentioned there are basically three options based on your setup and only three places to look.
1: sdcard/TWRP/theme
2:external/TWRP/theme
3:external/0/TWRP/theme

.jpg image to insert with the designated name. However I'm thinking they may not want it changed and hidden the way to do it somewhere. I'll figure it out eventually bro. Btw this version is a bit different than the one I sent you. Text on this ine should be easier to read

Deviant Development has done it again. I have decided it was time for a themed kb for te Note3. I will make more keyboards and update the thread as time permits. I have made the kb's for Note2, GalaxyS3 and Galaxy S4 so I thought I would also bring my work to the Note3 for anyone who would like to use them. I can only guarantee they will work on Wicked rom's but I'm sure they will work on other rom's as well. Using ES File Explorer and it's telling me I don't have permission. Any ideas as to why?

Is a system app. .. You have to move it manually to system/app as per directions in op. Glad you got it to work.

Is your system read only? Are you copy and pasting it to system/app location. I just tried with es file Explorer, no issue here.
