[Q] lock screen always toggles between two variants (Major annoyance)

Galaxy nexus, CM10.1, standard lock screen/ cLock. If I repeatedly turn the screen off and on it goes back and forth between the two screens below. Super annoying...

[Q] Turn flash off permanently

Hi, when taking pictures and the camera decides it is low light, it will use the flash - am I correct in thinking this?
So, how can I turn the flash off permanently for talking photos, and make sure it will not automatically turn the flash back on unless I tell to it.

Auto Rotate & Proximity problem

Hi all,
My phone cannot auto rotate and proximity sensor also not work.
When I check at CPU-Z, it shows like this.
I already make full flash stock rom KDZ & TOT method, all same

WiFi always on

Hey.
While using cm13 I noticed a "problem". When I go here:

It shows that wifi is always on even when I turned it off.
However in betterbatterystats it shows the correct time the wifi is on.
I have disabled the search for wifi connections in Location.
Is this just a visual bug?

Question At a Glance not working...

So my At a Glance is just empty. No weather or calendar info on my main screen, just time.
I have enabled and disabled it, made sure Google app is updated and has the right permissions, but when I go to configure At a Glance, I have no options.
Has anyone else seen this? Have any ideas?
