Auto Brightness

Hello guys,
I am using xylon rom with lean kernel.
Problem is the auto brightness of the display.
It is much too dark. Some time ago there was a fix for this.
Has anyone a link or something?

I have the same issue with slimbean, auto brightness is not very automatic. Ambient light sensor issue?

Yes.. Slide to unlock has the feature, tap to unlock the screen but for that you need a modified stock kernel and for using a modified stock kernel you need to be rooted.

I'm know about the root apps but I wanted this functionality without root.

im looking for this app for any other phone (preferably the s3 and s4) other than the nexus and im already rooted and such

come on man your can just put SuperSu on your phone and leave the rest as is if you a purist but lets be honest all the real good stuff comes with root. Or you gonna have to get G2 since I am sure they may have the patent on double tap to wake

you can keep the stock rom and just root it and apply francos kernel.

The kernel in touch control site would be the only thing needed right? I think its on the 2nd post. Or can anyone upload it here quick please? And nothing breaks right? By using this modified kernel? I would like to adjust my gamma colors again but stopped flashing anything on this phone..

[REQ] Autolock when covering the screen

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a tweak/mod that locks the screen when you cover it. Ive got that screenprotector/cover thing thats integrated in the backplate for the i9300.
So if someone knows how to do it, or if there is a tweak already in the wild, please tell me

But I don't know if it works vice versa.

Hey, thank you all for your help! I kinda dont like those apps, because they drain the battery soooooooooooo fast. I lost 30 percent in under 20mins... Ill just wake and lock my device the manual way now

Double Tap to wake screen with CM13 on M9?

Is there a method to make this possible?
I already tried to flash ElementalX Kernel for using the Wake Gestures Xposed Plugin, but it was not Working. Is there another method to get wake on doubletap?[emoji2]

Changing GPS mode with one tap?

I'm on OOS and quite happy with it.
One thing is nagging me: To change the GPS mode I have to slide down the status bar twice, long press the GPS icon and change the mode. After that I have to close the menus again.
Is there a widget or something like that to do it with less taps?
No Xposed as I don't have it.
