I am looking for advanced power menus (APM) for Google Edition (GE) roms. I am kind of surprise that the roms don't include them yet, let alone no ones made a mod for them yet.
If anyone could make this mod it would be greatly appreciated. I am specifically looking for one that works with Android Revolution HD 2.0.
Thank you.
I would be happy to see this as well

You can get APM with modaco toolkit

^^ Yes. Just use MoDaCo toolkit. That's how I have APM working and it's fine. No complaints.
I used Nexus APM in Modaco toolkit.. does the HTC One work now?

Hi
I'm using the ICS 8.5 AOKP ROM and like the way it looks and works (especially notification screen and all the settings options).
Yesterday I've tried the Nik Project X v4.1 ROM and hated the Sense UI but the camera worked great.
Is there a way to merge between both?
To have the camera from Nik Project X v4.1 in AOKP ICS?
Thanks
No,cause it different

From what I've read around here it's not possible, because Sense framework is completely different from AOKP/AOSP/CM.
Bye, Zix.

I also wish that will happen... but apparently it's impossible....
The thing is it is actually 2 different kernel. Aokp is google kernel, aosp is google kernel with modification, sense is htc kernel made for htc sense. What you ask is something like swapping a car computer into another one (lets say a Mitsubishi Lancer evo computer into a dodge ram). If you're unsure about car, think about putting a Ford f350 motor into a Suzuki swift

A question for all you miui users.
At the moment in am running Eva. Miui, and its far better than any rom I've used before.
But there are a few tiny things that need ironing out, like white text on a white background on some apps (ebay for one) and sometimes I see Japanese characters, cant remember where, but it was definitely part of the system.
I guess the question is what one is the best, smoothest, most complete English gingerbread miui?
Sent from my HTC Desire HD using xda app-developers app
I've used MrGarak and "a user" miui roms. They are both excellent roms but the latest one is a little newer.
Here are the links for both of them:
MrGarak
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=11656331
a user
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=16209966
You could also search the latest miui gingerbread versions in these sites: miuiandroid.com or miui.us. I'm sure they are both excellent roms as well.
Sent from my HTC Desire HD
Cheers man, they I like the look of mcgaraks rom, but it just won't download for some reason.
I'm sure il find a mirror somewhere if not il just check out a users. What was your preference out of the two?
Sent from my HTC Desire HD using xda app-developers app
Both of them are great. If you want the last gingerbread version of miui choose the one from a user. On the other hand, MrGarak version includes 4-way reboot and extended settings mod (latest a user version does not). I remember I took miui.us rom and merged some files into a user's rom in order to get 4-way reboot working. MrGarak's rom comes with a black theme but if you want the white one (default), you could search in his thread how to get it. I think you just have to replace a theme filename.
Sent from my HTC Desire HD
Still can't find a link for Mrgaraks rom, so will probably end up using a users, i will miss the 4 way reboot though. Mrgaraks sounds more stable but I could be wrong
Sent from my HTC Desire HD using xda app-developers app
I can upload both roms somewhere and send you the links for download.
I have MrGarak and a user roms, both with 4-way reboot and extended settings mod included.
Let me know if you want me to do that.

I've used RD MIUI without issue, I haven't tried any other (went onto ICS and now JB miui's), but I could recommend that for you to try.
If you don't have sound, you'll need to flash another kernel. Depending on which, you may have to delete a certain file (I know lord clockan's do). However, the process is explained in most kernel threads.

What's it based off of? What have you done to it? And on a personal note, how did you lose phone.apk?

It's based off of the stock shipped Rom that came with the phone.I zipaligned the apps, deoxed the Rom deleted some pointless widgets, rooted, installed busybox, and I accidently deleted it while deleting some apps. I am adding it in another build and deleting some bloat, in a day or two it should be posted.

Doesn't sound to shabby.
Along with deleting APK's, there's all those libs.
Haha yeah I dont really care for sense all that much, pure ics is where it's at!:good:

Good job with this. I like the lessened bloat. I had done something like this with my previous phone (htc wildfire s) and thought about doing it with this one as well but you beat me to it keep it up.

New update
Same issue as angry htc 2.0(personalize fc) Will have that fixed in the next build! Any more bug let me know!
I tried to download and it took me to Google Drive? It said I have to request access... what should I do? and also does this ROM have the quick settings like the myonevrc9? I'd like that in future builds if possible and advanced power menu if not already in here... I mean if you want to put them in this rom, if not I can always just download and add them myself after flashing the rom it's all good cuz it's YOUR rom
Thanks so much for being awesome!!
Re: [ROM][CDMA/VM]Angry HTC V 3.0 3/18/13
I will fix the link in a few hours. I can't get on a pc right now And no it ddosnt have quick setting or advanced power menu but I will tty and put then in here!

@Epic
hey I need a nice clean stable ROM for my GF, she has this phone and I'm stalking this thread. Is the personalize FC the only real issue? anyone running this feel free to report maybe..please:silly:
Like the title says, Renovate has this as an option but it seems it is the only rom to do so. Was wondering if we could get it as a flashable zip so it can be used on trickdroid or ARHD, similar to this in the DNA forums :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2054809
TrickDroid also has the option within its tweaks

It's been a couple of weeks, but I think:
Just flash the tweaks package zip found in the ROM thread in recovery. Then in settings -> TrickDroid -> Misc -> Recent Apps Style

Yes I'm running trickdroid 7 and also ran the trickdroid tweaks, this is not an option, guess they took it out for 4.2.2? hopefully will add it back!
