I recently purchased a Sony Liveview watch and an LG bluetooth headset. While the headset worked well, I noticed the Liveview would disconnect frequently.
Long story short, I believe an app called Liveview manager must have somehow taken away Bluetooth privileges, because now, the bluetooth symbol is green, but the button itself is greyed out. Whenever you touch it, it goes into the bluetooth menu and stays there, as if it's looking for bluetooth connectivity.
I'm running rooted stock 4.1.2...
Any help?

Try clearing data for Bluetooth Share and reboot.

Hi all,
I wondered if any of you guys could help me. I'm looking for an app that automatically turns off wifi when when bluetooth is connected. I know it sounds like an odd request but when wifi is set to "on" in my car for some reason it cuts my ipod out at random intervals. I don't want to keep switching wifi on and off every time I use my car.

Try tasker

+1 for Tasker. You can also do other stuff like "when connected to my car bluetooth, start my music player, switch to landscape, and turn the ringer volume up".
Cheers for this guys i'll give tasker ago sounds interesting
Would this be possible?

I'm not even sure what you're trying to do... Are you trying to stream music to something?
This should have been asked in q&a or general... But at any rate provide more info about what you're trying to do so we can try to help.

Ya, I wanted to know if I could stream pandora to a regular blue tooth head set. When you connect it it says connected to phone audio, when I connect to my blue tooth speaker bar it says connected to media audio. Is there a way to trick the phone into connecting media audio to a phone only BT device?

That should do what you want... There's a paid version that's only $1 but you can use the free one to make sure it does what you want

I've tried the super bt mono app without much luck lately. With more than one headset. Been trying to get it to work so I can integrate it with my home stereo, I know there's better options out there but I had a couple spare headsets laying around.

I just got the HTC A100 for my S3 and it sounds pretty darn good! I'm not 100% sure if it's streaming in apt-x audio, i'm assuming it is? Good bass and treble, definitely worth $50. It's so nice to worry about just 1 cable to connect to the phone too, looks clean on my dashboard.

Does phone calls go through it as well or just music and GPS? I am wanting to get it but I want it to do every thing my cord does.

Wouldn't the bluetooth take of it all?

No unfortunately phone calls don't go through the speakers, you have to answer it like normal usage but I also have it paired with Bluetooth headset I use in car so it wasn't a big problem for me. In most case phone's paired with built in car Bluetooth anyways so it works fine that way too.

Do you have to connect it every time you get in the car or does it automatically connect and if you take a phone call does the music stop and start back up after? Is there any thing you really like or hate about it? Thank you in advance. I would just go buy one and try all this out myself but there is not a store here that has them.

It has built in automatic shut off to save battery life when not in use, once it's turned off automatically or manually by pressing the control button till red light blink once, you have to press the button again to turn it on and it will pair with your device. When you get a phone call music stops and plays back after the phone call. So far I don't think I find anything negative. It's very compact, good battery hours and sounds good, if there is one thing, I wish I could check how much battery life is left. Only notification is when the battery is low red led light turns on.

hello everyone! Day 7 with my new Note 2 and haven't put it down since. So glad I made the switch from iPhone 4. When I am connected to my car via bluetooth, I open s-voice and it won't hear my voice. It opens fine, but just doesn't hear my voice, making s-voice unusable when connected via bluetooth. Is there some setting that I can change to make it usable? Thanks!
I have the same issues as well except that it only hears me through the bluetooth microphone, been looking for a way to make it listen to me via the phone microphone but couldn't figure it out..
Any suggestions?

It was working fine for me connected to a Audi A4.
It even showed the song plus other details on the MMI screen and even the song title above the digital speedometer.

The only Bluetooth issue I've had is when WiFi scans. It take power from the Bluetooth side. Power management is a gripe for me with this phone.
