I try with an other pc and same problem
So I think the problem is the Ouya... Can I change it ? Or how can I be sure it's a ouya problem ?

You need a backup program to do that ie; titanium Backup can do that for you & then u can restore them
Note : u need root access too

Maybe i need to factory reset it.
If you only removed the files with ADB AND you're stock, so yes, factory reset is the solution in my opinion.

Well, had anyone followed the instructions for newflasher on their 1ii he'd soft brick his device 100% There are steps that need to be taken, that even the Dev is unaware of, and is contesting. Such as removing all Ta files from the firmware first, for this specific model, contrary to him telling users not to do this unless they want a hard brick.
