Hello!
I'm now back on stock rom and have a question about the grid size on the homescreens.
Any chance to make the icons on the homescreens and on the dock smaller (similar to the appdrawer where i have the option) without installing a alternative launcher?
Nope.unless you mod the framework and stock launcher.

I'm using a stock rom that has a modified launcher (5 icon dock, 5x5 drawer) and I really don't like it. Does anyone have an APK of the an original, unmodified laucher, the one that comes with our phone out of the box? Thanks
Good day, im looking for modded TouchWiz launcher for note 8.0 with adjustable DPi. i would love to make the homescreen icons smaller so that i can add more widgets to the homescreen.

Dear all,
one of the features that I miss in LG Stock v500 v4.4.2 is that lockscreen pattern is limited to 3x3. While this seems to be the default for stock Android, CM11 allow using extended dimensions for the lockscreen (4x4, 5x5, ...).
Is there any way to import the lockscreen from CM11 to support these extended dimensions? Or can we change the LG's lockscreen somehow to extend it?
Thank you!
There's an for Xposed module called "CyanLockScreen" which does exactly what you want from Cyanogenmod by having a pattern lock with a bigger grid size

Can someone port the apk for our resolution? I mean... look at my atachments. First.. The screen need to be 4x5 ..not 5x5 on main screen. And than... the icon size from doc is too small. Need bigger..like in drawer.
Just use other widgets...

Hi all,
On my LG G4 the Grid size for the Apps is set to 5 Apps horizontally, is there any way to change this to 4 Apps without installing a Launcher to do it, from what I can recall on my LG G2 & G3 there was an option to change the Grid size on each scrollable page to 4.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I think it's only available for the app drawer. Just go to the app drawer and hit three dots on top right corner then select small icon size. It will extend one more collumn for apps.

I could swear I had changed this to a 6x6 grid before rooting/rom and such but now it's stuck at 5x5, if anyone comes up with a way to do this without a launcher I'd love to hear it.
Still searching myself.
***Update***
Found it, G4 Tweaksbox for the Xposed framework that I already have installed, works fantastics, awesome 6x5 grid now with stock/lg UI.
