Gs4 8 processors?

A friend of
Mine at my local AT&T parrot store told me the new Gs4 will have eight processors and a 12mgb camera anybody hear the same??

Well the news is an eight core processor is likely...actually its gonna be two 4-cores...one at 1.8ghz for higher end performance and the other at 1.2ghz and can swap to this one for most daily use to save battery..and I believe a 13mp rear camera..all if this is officially still speculation but looks quite possible

Not all the eight cores simultaneously - so its essentially not a octa core processor - $ at a time . Either 4*cortex a15 for performance oe 4*cortex a7 for efficiency/battery life . Moreover your friend at at&t is just another regular tech blog vsitor - this is a relatively old news not something he found out/leaked to you

He didn't leak anything to me we were just talking about when the new phone would be out. I'm excited about it I'll be ready for an upgrade about the time it comes out.

Man they HAVE to be done with it by now what's dumb is the f7 is practically an optimus g. Similar specs so lg is just being bad real bad

the f7 has a 1.5Ghz dual core ,an 8 megapixel camera, a micro-SD card slot and only 8GB storage capacity so i don't really see the similarity.

I know but the att version is still an optimus g period. That's all I said I didn't say sprint specific. I will admit tho I didn't notice it was 1.5 dual core on the f-whatever I just want jb thats all.....

If they are releasing JB for everything but our phone is this then a carrier delay rather than manufacturer?
LG is releasing GSM & CDMA OG's worldwide with jelly Bean. Its done from what I have read. Seems like the only variable in the equation is the control happy united states providers.

You would be correct but lg is testing as much as possible due to the horrible job they did bringing gingerbread to the optimus s. They are making sure it releases with a 99.99% bug less product.

I wish I could beleive that but at this moment I feel is just pure lazyness... If this is how is going to be with LG I migth be switching over the new HTC ONE when available.

Why would they just not release an update that makes no sense but I do understand what you mean in regards to LG being late with updates.

I see these same things about bad updates on every phone I've ever owned. When I had the thunderbolt everyone complained about htc. Then I had the droid charge and everyone complained about Samsung. The way I see it at this point is I don't buy a phone unless its good enough to begin with because you can't count on updates unless you buy nexus. Now every update I get is just a cool bonus. I love my optimus g though and I'm sure the devs here are going to do great things.

LG Optimus F7 = LG LTE III
I have ordered one from Chinese dealer. It will arrive in a few days.
The design seems very nice and even better than Optimus G. For one it just costs about 350 USD.
And also it includes a 2540mah battery, True HD IPS mon, MSM8960, 2G ram.
All reviews I saw show positive feedbacks. I suggest those who like the above feature should try.

I've been trying to find a store that sells optimus f5 ever since it was "released" in France, but I haven't been able to find a single store (in EU) that has this phone in stock. Has anyone actually seen this phone in the wild, available to general public?
I'd really love to get this phone because I absolutely detest huge screens of current "flagship phones", but sadly I can't fine one to buy.

official optimus f5 is in store in Hong Kong. it is nice but the screen is really not as good as the f7's true HD IPS. i don't get it there should be normally many dealers from china who would ship these phone to europe and us. maybe it's all the high tax making it not available in some areas.

Can someone please tell the type GPU of F7. I don't know weather it can play games like MC4, FIFA12 & other big games smoothly.

actually on his google+ page he said that he will be picking up the T-mobile version of the S4 just as long as they dont do any funny locking with the bootloader etc.. plus the first 10 mil shipments of the S4 will be snapdragon 600 because there is a shortage on the new chips either way CM supports snapdragon so its looking good for us i know the articles say this just pointing out the obvious lol

Galaxy s4 Lte advanced

Guess what was just announced? A new s4 with lte advanced technology, a snapdragon 800 processor, and 32 gig built in storage. Wtf Samsung? I just bought the s4 and now your dishing out a new version making owners of this phone feel disappointed. I'm sick of this bs. I want to make sure I have the top Samsung gadget and for you guys to release a new one 2 weeks after I bought mine is complete bs. I'm no longer going with samstung

I figured as much. Beside, T-mobile going to start rolling it out by the end of 2013. They will start out lil by lil and im sure by the time it get to your city, something bigger and better than this one you complaining about will be out......when it comes out sell it than.
New technology going to come out every month, samsung will continue rolling out 4 different version of the same thing, either get with the program or well...dont. There's the htc, there's the xperia, and some other i can't think of that i actually care for.

Sorry to say but at least apple won't unexpectedly release random phones to lower the reputation of their flagship. They seem to be the only loyal ones to their customers. Plus iOS 7 is the shi*

from what i heard a some of the new features on iOS7 are already on android. i have never been an apple fan boy. had an ipod touch and hated it. android 4lyfe

Well won't this just be out dated in fall by the 800? Just saying I was very close to getting this phone only for lg to announce a successor a month after its release. Kinda glad I haven't got the 600 pro yet I will be waiting for the 800 release till then I'm content on my skyrocket running cm10.1.

Get it while it is cheap. Its a great phone with plenty of power and an extra big screen to go with. Do you really need a slightly faster processor that will cost an arm and a leg at first.

And I broke down and got it. Its AMAZING soo much better...wow its so nice, I'm totally getting the white flip cover case for this. guy your right i was thinking that at the store today phones are basically computers now just really compact. And my hp touchsmart the first gen. is now slower than than my phone, processor wise. Looks like I'm getting a new computer before I get a new phone..... :laugh:

Great hope you enjoy it. I can't wait till the bootloader is hacked. The pre loaded stuff is junk except for the Remote Control. I upgraded from the Nexus 4 which basically has the same specs but has the LTE chip deactivated. I paid 300 for that and 50 for this so I feel the phone is way worth it. When a true 8 core comes out then I won't blame you for waiting.
