TWRP Themes z31s1g Style Including Recovery Boot Splash
Huge Thx to @thecoby and @z31s1g for this great GUI implementation and the original idea!!
Recovery comes as flashable RECOVERY.IMG, no need for ui.zip anymore.
Themes are hardcoded in the recovery so if you still have a ui.zip in the TWRP/theme folder it has to be removed to let the build in theme work.

So what exactly is the problem.. Can't really understand what you mean.. You injected Blue Black Grey but it doesn't show up in skin selection?
I introduced that only in latest versions iirc. So there are few themes that still need to be set to "free skin"

Well basically it's the same way you usually flash a recovery in fastboot.
Boot into bootloader, plug in usb cable and check top line states "fastboot usb" Red highlighted.
Download the venomized recovery.img of your choice.
Rename it into recovery.img
Place in your adb/fastboot folder on pc.
Open cmd and type the command "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
Done.

It shouldn't do. Did you just place in system/media?
I don't know how it would cause it not to boot. Even if something was wrong with the file you would just get a blank screen

Sorry doesn't work, it boot with the current theme, it's possibly incompatible with my custom firmeware (based on JPJPG).
I will test with Darky9.3b3.
My last question (i promise ), there is any idea how to increase the size of "system/media" it give me not enought space for the one including boot animation.
Thanks a lot.

You need at least a kernel that supports custom boots.
You should have room in media for any of these zips. The biggest is about 7mb. If not just delete some stuff you dont need from system.

Same problem with Darky9.3b3, i tried two way:
Copy the file to system/media and reboot
flash from zip file (I had wait for 20 min after reboot, it stucks on the first Samsung logo.)
I don't now what i missed??
Thanks anyway for your support.
Follow these steps exactly...
Open sgstoolbox and press mount system as rw and wait for conformation message.
With supermanager go to system/media and long press to rename existing bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip.bak
With supermanager go to sdcard and copy the new bootanimation.zip by ticking the box and clicking the 3rd icon on the bottom bar.
Go to system/media and press paste which is the 5th icon on the bottom bar.
Reboot.
If that don't work I give up!!
Sent from my GT-I9000 using Tapatalk
You might also look into data/local if there is a Bootanimation.zip file, rename it to Bootanimation.zip.bak and then paste the new Bootanimation.zip into it.Hope it helps!

[Themes] ✔✔ for TWRP Recovery v2.4.1.0 ✔✔[Themes] Updated 26/2
Themes for TWRP Touch Recovery V2.4.1.0
For those of us who like TWRP Touch recovery but are not so keen on the stock theme.
I originally did this for the HTC One S then my OneX and now resized for the Nexus 7 and tested using the latest V2.4.1.0 Recovery.
Hope you guys like to use it as much as I do. Hit the thanks button to show your appreciation.
Please report any bugs and drop me a line if you have a theme you'd like to see.
I'm no developer, just a keen amateur looking to improve on what we've got.
Usual warning---- I am not responsible for dead phones, dogs or anything else. Use this at your own risk etc blahh blah blah...:silly:
If you are using TWRP Recovery, installation of the themes couldn't be easier.
On your SDcard storage you will have a file named TWRP.
Open it and create a folder inside called theme (make sure you use all lower case)
Copy the zip file into the theme folder and rename it ui.zip
Thats it. Reboot into recovery to see the installed theme.

Re: [Themes] ✔✔ for TWRP Recovery v2.4.1.0 ✔✔[Themes]
Nope. Don't flash it in recovery.
Its clear in the op.
In sdcard storage you'll find a folder named TWRP.
Inside it make a folder and name it "theme" (all lower case and without the quotes).
Rename your downloaded choice, paste it in the "theme" folder and rename the zip "ui.zip".
Then reboot your N7 into TWRP recovery and see the theme.

I have a request if possible. I use multi-rom, and it uses a modified twrp that has some extra stuff under the advanced tab. Using these themes gets rid of those so I am not able to use the multi-rom features. I believe is because your themes don't have the tabs for those extra options so I was wondering if you could make a set of separate themes for those using multi -rom?
If not, I totally understand. I would just really like to use these themes but currently cannot because of this problem.

you have the zip being pushed into Data-local instead of system-media. hope that helps!

I wonder why it works for some people and not others... I'll get it updated and re-upload all the packages.

I've always changed boot animations by just pushing the zip to /system/media, but for some reason that didn't do it for me for 'Ripple'. Had to push it to /data/local to get it working. I was using a similar animation, but it was much lower resolution, so this looks great! Thanks!

TWRP Themes
Recovery comes as flashable RECOVERY.IMG, no need for ui.zip anymore.
Themes are hardcoded in the recovery so if you still have a ui.zip in the TWRP/theme folder it has to be removed to let the build in theme work.

light red theme .. update on hub?
Aloha Basil,
I have always admired your theme and want to thank you for your hard work. Could you please update this theme to 4.2? I would also appriciate if you would look into some issues:
during text messages spell check is hard to see ... maybe lighten background or darken font a little?
People widget F/C
Mahalo Bro.
Any chance of some themed dialers ??
