Stock Radio Antenna needed - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 4

I have upgrade to AOKP rom from the stock rom recently. As a result, my mobile radio reception became very unstable. It constantly hunts for signal, and takes forever to find it. With the stock rom it was nearly instantenious.
Does anyone know what version of antena comes with stock T-Mobile Rom and where I can download one?
Thanks very much.

Cyanogen > Flashed Radio + RIL, now no more GSM (No Service)

Hello awesome crowd,
I flashed my DHD to CyanogenMod 7.1.
One day on it, I noticed idle radios were eating serious battery, so I decided to update to the latest available from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=877295
Flashed the radio, then installed the RIL, all seemed to run smooth, until reboot. When no GSM was available anymore.
Please help me fix the radio
Missed to say that Settings>About is reading "Baseband Version UNKNOWN".

Maybe try re-flashing your ROM (without wiping)? I'm guessing you've flashed an HM RIL which are meant for Sense ROMs.

God bless you, hopscotchjunkie for the fast response.
I did as suggested and my GSM is back. May not be brilliant on the battery but hey - still working
more complicated
I found this threat's got a similar issue as mine, unless it displays the correct baseband as what I wanted to flash to it, the. Thing is it's only able to connect to 3g network, 2g network are still indicating no service although the signal got full bars, can you guys tell me what I purpose to do??

RIL is just for sense based roms. AOSP roms do not need RIL, so changing it will mess it up. You can flash a radio but that's it.
Re: Cyanogen > Flashed Radio + RIL, now no more GSM (No Service)
Do you ever need to flash rils coming from a cm based rom to sense based? Because as I recall, sometimes the dev has said a ril is included with the rom?

ATT How to update Radio?

I am having pretty bad battery life and I think it has to do with the radio because BetterBatteryStats said I had no signal for 5 hours over night when I usually have full signal in my house. I am rooted and using the rom JellyBean 747 Milestone 3.5 rom for ATT. There was recently a new OTA update for the stock rom for ATT which came with an updated radio. Looking through the threads I don't see a way to update the radio. Previously on my Inspire 4G I could update the radio to several different options pretty easy.Do i need to flash the stock rom to update the radio?
I believe I found what I was looking for. They are called modems instead of radios. If anyone else runs into this problem

[Q] Supernova Rom WiFi drops

I can connect to my WiFi, however, it frequently disconnects when signal is low and shifts to my mobile network... Didn't happen before when I was using the official Rom... I am now using the latest 2.4.0.1version, also, I've flash my radio to the latest 5.17.05.23. I thought the WiFi issue should have been fixed in this version??? Need help~ this is the only problem of this fantastic Rom!!!!

Anything??????:crying:
It's not a rom issue, but rather a kernel issue. I've tried to solve this partially with a couple of custom kernels. See my site for details.

[q] how can i stop data drops on rom

Hello guys, i am on the last slim beam stable 4.3 rom 10/27/13 build.
The problem i am having is that i think i am suffering from data drops on the rom.
I noticed when trying to play my iheart and satellite radio. It would play and just stop.
I would see signal bars and the 4g symbol but no data. I thought it was my location so i restored my tweak rom backup and i had no problems with using either program. I like this rom so i am just wondering if it is something i could do to get past that issue.. Thanks in advance..

Check your APN settings and if they are incorrect or missing, add the correct info manually. If the slim beam rom is based on the 4.3 Samsung Touchwiz roms that have been released lately you need to flash the T889UVALJ1 modem for now until we get our update. (T-Mobile USA) - No LTE with this modem.

M919UVUFNH7 Modem

Is it just me, or is the M919UVUFNH7 Modem for the T-Mobile Galaxy S4 (SGH-M919) terrible?
I have the modem alongside a custom cm12 lollipop ROM, and before flashing this modem, everything was working fine and dandy. Wanted to try out Android 4.4.4, so was forced to flash the NH7 modem...BIG MISTAKE.
The phone would heat up for no reason all the time, the battery drain was ridiculous, my calls were always dropped and people couldn't reach me, and I was constantly getting dropped signals...
Anyone else experience this or have a fix? I hope I don't have to flash this modem for TouchWiz Lollipop ROMs...
