hey, there are many different ways to root your device. 3 you might wanna try out:
1. z4root, just download the apk (search it), install and click root...
2. framaroot, just download the apk (search it), install and root
3. one click root: search on the internet and look for some tutorials (you need a pc for this, not for 1&2). It's really easy.
one click works for almost any device.
hope this helped a little, but remember that rooting will void your warranty
btw, there are so many tutorials on how to root your phone, just google it.

And for the upgrading, you have to install a ROM. If you look in the forums you will find lots and lots of tutorials. But be careful, ROMs are great but if you install them incorrectly you could get bricked, and you don't want that. Good luck!

I had Spice Mi-320 which had some booting problem. I tried to repair this phone with help of SP Flash Tool but my mistake, I format the hard disk of the phone. Now only blank screen phone, not starting, no vibration, only this phone is detected by SP Flash Tool. Can you provide me -
1) Any Rom for the phone which can be used to Flashed with help of SP Flash Tool. Need less to say that the ROM should have scattered file required by SP Flash Tool.
2) Kindly mention SP Flash Tool version which should be used to Flash.
3) Steps of Instruction to flash.

Requirements :
Windows PC or Laptop
Root Genius
Micromax A25 atleast 50 % charged
USB cable for connection
Step 1 : Download all the files which is mentioned on Requirement section.
Step 2 : Enable USB debugging on your Micromax a25 by Going to Settings >> applications >> development and tap for the USB debugging option.
Step 3 : Then extract the rooting tool kit file Root Genius zip file and run the file which named "Root+½-T.exe".
Step 4 : Connect your micromax a25 using USB cable with PC / Laptop(USB DEBUG MODE).
Step 5 : if your phone detected by software then click next and wait till the process ends.
Step 6 :You are ROOTED.....
Finally after following above 5 step just your Micromax a25 smarty is rooted now. I can say this process is esiest method for root your Micromax a25 smart ! Don't forget to share this method with your friends it will take just 1 min

Really thanks a lot for posting such an useful post.. i had been searching for rooting my micromax a 25 but ended up in nothing. this simple root genius app helped to get rid of the troubles caused earlier. Thanks a lot friend....

But still it says that I dont have root permission when I try to use Kinguser...

I dont think that Karbonn A15 A21 are mtk devices it is qualcomm devices

kinguser has some ABUSIVE permissions and it's a big sevurity concern a su gate with those permisions

Just download SuperSU zip file for Marshmallow from XDa,Unlock bootloader and flash that zip from your preferred recovery.

theres no such thing. as of now. maybe it ll come later maybe not.
only h815 and h811 can be bootloader unlcked the rest cant. and can only be rooted only if on LP.
NO twrp for LGH818N lollipop version as well

Come back when you have unlocked your device:
Unlock and root is not the same!
You need an unlocked bootloader for twrp.
Bootloader of H818 cannot be unlocked yet and maybe never will.
That means no twrp for you.

As said just one post before: you need to have an unlocked device first! Write LG an email and sign the online petition to let them unlock your device (0.05% chance that this will happen) or wait and hope that someone finds another way (1% chance that this will happen)

Rooting YU Televentures is easy work , you can root your yunicorn on the updated OS i.e. Marshmallow , I rooted thrice and unrooted it by simply one click by the Root King

You have to flash GApps from TWRP, for solving this problem.
There is a problem in lib folder of the system directory, that is why after installing xposed Google Play Services could not understand the sdk version.

TWRP for YU Yunicorn
This will void your warranty
You can get your warranty back by flashing stock rom
You need SP flash tool, you device and some working brain
First, extract the TWRP_YUNICORN zip on your computer.
Run SP FLASH TOOL as administrator.
Then select the scatter file from the extracted folder.
Wait for flashing.
Now, you have successfully installed TWRP on Yunicorn.
Important Notice-
If you did not see the recovery after flashing it may be due to the problems in recovery, flash the recovery twice one after the other.
Do not try it on any other device.

It is a known bug in almost all custom roms. Stock rom has no issues

Just use this New phone about a week found that has issue that Stock ROM 6.0 did not have setting to set Automatic lock screen time... Is it any other solution ?

Nope. Just update it to Nougat: there's automatic lock screen time on that version.

You must unlock bootloader to root the device. As your phone is still in original condition, just check for updates in settings, it will display some updates, download and install them.

You can use Qfil: with it you don't need root or unlocked bootloader. Just download the stock ROM you're interested in from Zukfans.eu (maybe you can find it here on XDA, I don't know) and flash it with Qfil. We're changing the argument dough... the original question of this thread was another one. If you want further informations, search them here on XDA.

oh is it, what is Qfil? i am first user about snapdragon cpu so Qfil will not affect warranty or? i already fully search thread

I'll give you the infos about Qfil etc, but I have a doubt: what did you mean with "automatic lock screen time"? I'm asking you this because maybe i misunderstood and there's no such option even on Nougat's Official ROM.
Anyway, Qfil, in theory, will void your warranty, but, if you flash everything correctly, no one will notice you used such a program. About Qfile there's a guide just right here on XDA: https://forum.xda-developers.com/zuk-z2-pro/how-to/howto-flash-stock-rom-t3435109
You can find the stock ROM on ZukFans.eu: https://zukfans.eu/community/threads/full-2-5-412_st_-qpst.6185/

There are both the Indian and Chinese versions, but the indian one is not updated yet, so You'll need, if you want Nougat, to flash the Chinese one.

About this last guide, tough, i suggest to ignore the part about Windows Test Mode and, instead, do this (this is a procedure to follow so you can avoid drivers' issues):
1) Click on the reboot virtual button in the Start menu while pressing the left shift button.
2) The pc will reboot in a light blue menu, in which you'll have to click on "troubleshooting" (the second option).
3) Click on advanced settings/option.
4) Click on "Startup Setting" (the penultimate option).
5) Click on "reboot".
6) Press F7

Big thanks for good explained & well noted in my PC... But what ?? you not understand what is "automatic lock screen time" ? Oh not good per previous your reply #5 above mention nougat has that function but now you said no... ??
Qfil will void warranty so is the same method to root phone also lose warranty but is it root method more easy than Qfil ?
Please look into screenshot picture for you, as you can see my old phone (Old OS Jelly bean 4.2.2) has function to set time for how long phone will automatic lock but now even this ZUK Z2 is very New OS this kind basic function needed but not at all ... ?? i confused....

No need to use qfil to update to Nougat

No... i not said use Qfil to update to nougat but he said Qfil can be same as rooted phone & Qfil will void warranty too so i still on consider, by the way pictures already re-upload above, please look :good:
